Abbiamo noleggiato 10 bici per fare un giro fra i colli tra amici.
Al momento del ritiro ci è stato detto che, essendo verso fine stagione, avremmo dovuto fare attenzione al cambio e, nel caso la catena “grattasse”, di inserire il rapporto superiore o inferiore. Il problema è che non bastava mettere il rapporto vicino visto che per alcune bici ce n'erano forse due che non grattavano Abbiamo controllato le condizioni dei denti del pignone ed erano tutti rovinatissimi.
Oltre a questo, ad una delle bici si è addirittura spezzata la catena e abbiamo dovuto aspettare più di un’ora la bici di ricambio, con conseguente ritardo dei nostri programmi per il resto della giornata.
Al momento della riconsegna, invece delle scuse che ci saremmo aspettati per i numerosi inconvenienti, alle nostre lamentele Damiano ci ha risposto dicendo che era già tanto se fosse venuto a portarci una bici sostitutiva. Sosteneva, inoltre, che fossimo noi a non aver utilizzato bene il cambio, affermando che le bici fossero in buono stato. Lo abbiamo fatto salire su una bici e non ha potuto far altro che constatarne i problemi ma, anche in quel caso, non ci ha rivolto scuse, solo risposte scocciate.
Abbiamo fatto presente che ci sarebbe sembrato corretto ricevere un rimborso parziale visti gli inconvenienti, ma alla richiesta Damiano ha risposto con una risata.
Consiglio al noleggio di prestare maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione, a Damiano di imparare un po’ di educazione e a chi ha intenzione di noleggiare delle bici di rivolgersi altrove.

Booked a private tour through Viator for 7 people for Prosciutto, Parmigiano Romano and Balsamic Vinegar. Everything was amazing - the communication before the tour, the guide, and the actual tours. Everyone loved it and it was the highlight of our trip to Italy! Our guide Luca was great and helped with suggestions even after the trip. The company even helped us organize transportation to a waterpark outside Bologna with very short notice. Would highly recommend!

Stella and her team made our vacation! We reached out to her a couple of months prior to our trip, she worked with us on planning walking and eBike tours that included tasting local foods, a guided tour that included local cheese, wine, olive oil, gelato and prosciutto producers, tours of Ferrari, Lamborghini and Pagani car factories/museums, restaurant reservations, lodging recommendations, as well as arranging drivers when we needed them on short notice due to train cancellations!!! Having someone you can count on is essential when traveling in another country, and Slow Emotion's team is always there to assist. We were stunned at the service provided considering the low cost, value was incredible!

Outstanding Service, fair Price, friendly and competent, Bikes are very well maintained, after asking where we could purchase some Water on a Sunday, they gave us a large Bottle for free. We even got an Escort out of the City, which turned into a nice short Tour of some hidden Places they clearly cared about.
5/5 would definitely visit again.

I really wish I could give Stella more than 5 stars! She arranged fantastic, personalized, private tours of prosciutto, parmigiano reggiano, and balsamic vinegar production facilities, and also worked with us to include the Lamborghini museum as well! It was by far the highlight of our whole time in Italy. We (family of 5) still talk about all the the tastings! It really felt like she was a member of the family, just showing us around her hometown. We all loved it. We will definitely be back, and we will definitely book with Stella again!

Myself, my daughter (2.5yo) & partner had the pleasure of doing this tour with Frederica, and we all had a fantastic time.
Frederica was a friendly and very knowledgeable guide with good English! She made the tour very enjoyable and was accommodating to our little one!
Our driver was also very good and the three stops we did on the tour were fantastic. The tastings as each stop were delicious, we couldn't help but buy the products from each stop!
It was a perfect duration for a tour, with us leaving at 8.30am and being back for around 12.30pm, just on time for lunch!
10/10 and nothing we would suggest to be changed.
