Excellent bikes and wonderful service - Filippo went the extra mile to ensure our trip would be a success, found bike bags, helmets, and locks for us, and was able to work around our shifting schedule. The bikes themselves were spectacular FLYER models with Bosch electronics, fit for long-distance riding (we went all the way to San Miniato) and yet agile enough for the city. Thank you, Filippo, for making our trip amazing!

Highly recommended. It was hassle free, affordable and Mr Filippo was absolutely accommodating considering i hadn't book before hand(not recommended though) but was really lucky that they had a bike available. Bicycle condition: top notch with locks included in the rental as well

Im an avid cyclist and this bike shop appears to rent the best E Bikes in Florence. I went for a 20 mi ride and the battery was only down 1 bar out of 5 when I returned it. The bike was excellently maintained with brakes, shifters, wheels etc all working as new. It had a seatpost suspension, front suspension fork, pannier, bell etc. The gentleman got you and out very quickly with no hassles. The price was super reasonable as well and worth the money. With this bike you can get out of the city center and see the real Italian people living their lives. Don’t miss this opportunity.

Filippo was very friendly and helpful at assisting us with our city bike rental. The bikes were in great condition, locks were provided, seat heights were adjusted to fit us, and the prices were very fair. Thanks to our bike rentals here, we were able to see so much more of the city while vacationing there.
