Der Fahrradverleih hat uns insgesamt einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen, die E-Bikes waren in Ordnung, auch wenn bei manchen die Gangschaltung nicht perfekt funktionierte. Was diesen Anbieter aber wirklich besonders macht, ist der herausragende Service. Während unserer Tour hatten wir leider einen Unfall, bei dem sich eine Mitfahrerin den Ellenbogen brach und nicht mehr weiterfahren konnte. Nach unserem Anruf kam der Verleiher sofort zur Unfallstelle, half bei der Aufnahme durch die Polizei, begleitete uns anschließend sogar ins Krankenhaus und unterstützte dort mit Übersetzungen. Er nahm sich mehrere Stunden Zeit, um uns in dieser schwierigen Situation beizustehen, und organisierte gleichzeitig den Transport der Räder mit seinem Wagen. Diese Hilfsbereitschaft und Warmherzigkeit haben uns tief beeindruckt und sind alles andere als selbstverständlich. Für uns war das eine Erfahrung, die zeigt, dass hier nicht nur Fahrräder verliehen werden, sondern dass der Mensch im Mittelpunkt steht. Absolute Empfehlung und ein herzliches Dankeschön für diesen außergewöhnlichen Service.

We were a group of seven and arranged everything easily via WhatsApp – the whole process was smooth and uncomplicated. Jonathan, the owner, is very reliable and places great importance on safety. In addition to the bikes, he also provided us with helmets and repair kits, which was a big plus.

Unfortunately, I had an accident during our trip. While this can always happen and shouldn’t discourage future customers, it showed just how supportive Jonathan truly is. He immediately assisted us, handled communication with doctors, the police, and other involved parties, which was invaluable since we don’t speak Italian. For that, we are extremely grateful – thank you again, Jonathan!

All in all, with Toscana Twist you are in very good hands. Highly recommended!

We had a great tour with Jonatan! Very nice track and surroundings! The e-bikes were in perfect shape. The shop where we rent the bikes has also very nice espresso, olive oil and wine! After the tour we did a little winetasing! Was great! Thank you!

Abbiamo noleggiato due bici semplici, una mountain bike e purtroppo una city bike per mia moglie perché non avevano una mountain bike più piccola.
Abbiamo percorso la pista ciclopedonale da Pratovecchio verso poppi e vi assicuro che è stato un safari..la bici di mia moglie NON era assolutamente adatta per quel tipo di percorso, ed infatti dopo pochi km siamo tornati indietro..Abbiamo speso ben 30 euro per appena 2ore e mezza di noleggio...veramente tanto!! Esperienza da Non ripetere.Sconsigliato.

Schöne Tour, (ca 36 km zu diversen Castelli, schöne single Trails, viel Landschaft etc..) geführt von Jonatah. Hat bestens zu unserem Niveau gepasst. Räder (bianchi) erstklassige Qualität. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ho noleggiato una mtb elettrica da bambino ruota 24 pollici, prezzo buono, bici perfettamente funzionante, cambio preciso, 30 km 1150 mt di dislivello, ha consumato solo 2 delle 5 tacche dì batteria.
