Can only add to the other positive reviews here. I did a alps crossing by bike and was flying back from Bergamo. I had previously messaged the shop about a bike box and even though the shop was closed that day (like almost any bike shops in Italy in min-August) the owner went out of her way to help me getting a box and bubble wrap to pack my bike. So thanks alot, I believe if you get a bike here, you will be receiving the same exceptional service!

Fiducia reciproca e tutto senza fretta. Consiglio a tutti !!

The rental bikes were excellent, very high quality and in good condition. The owners were super helpful, making sure we had all the gear we needed for our 24 hour adventure and showing us some good mountain and valley routes. Great experience!

Super consigliato!

Hired gravel bikes from Labo. The bikes and service could not have been better. Super friendly and helpful couple running the place. Even dropped back when the shop was closed to receive us on our return. We weren't there to buy but they have a good range of high quality bikes for sale across a wide range of bike types including road, gravel, city/urban, kids bikes and e-bikes.

Pessimo servizio!!!!

Super experience!

I contacted Labo Bike via email 4 days before the trip in order to rent two bikes for daytrip. Booking went smoothly as emails were responded swiftly.

When picking up the bikes, 1 gravel and 1 full suspension eMTB, everything went smoothly and bikes were exactly what had been agreed and even more. Bikes included lights, locks, tools to repair punctured tire and so on. Bikes were equipped with pedals we requested. Bikes were almost new and in perfect condition.

Owners of the shop were very friendly and helpful. They were willing to serve us even during the public holiday when shop was closed. They were very kind and helpful. Man even created a new cycling route to us and send it to me.

As the renting price was also relative low this was pure 5 star experience!

Great experience! Rented two bikes – a gravel one for me and an electric for my girlfriend – for a small day tour. Everything was in top shape and they gave us all the accessories we needed. The lady at the front desk was super kind and even offered us cold water, which was perfect for the hot day. Really friendly and helpful service. Definitely recommend!
