First off big thanks to Diego for all his help hiring two ebikes, one for me one from my wife a few days ago.

We were staying in a hotel in Pisogne and had asked our hotel, who advertsied an ebike rental service, to arrange bikes for us, and after two days of asking I looked online and found Gringo's Ebike hire.

I whatapped messaged, not really expecting a response and within seconds had a message back from Diego. I asked a few questions, which were fully answered and arranged that he would bring the bikes to us the following day around 18:00.

Next day comes and I get texts to confirm and texts when he is leaving to deliver and even a live link to track his arrival at our hotel.

Diego explained the use of the ebikes, which were extremely nice Gas Gas (motorbike brand ebike) branded with Yamaha central motors, you cant get much better. They were as new and extremely easy to ride, even for me a 66 years old..

We had great fun on the bikes and cycled the whole way round Lake Iseo (41.7 miles according to Komoot app). We were able to explore areas that we would not have been able to in a car or on our Motorbike, that got us from the UK to Iseo and back!

The bikes were not cheap but that said I felt that they were good value for money and the service, delivery, explaination, communication and collection had a level of customer service rarely seen these days.

I would personally highly reccomend Gringo's and thank Diego for all his help and advise..

One thing that I would suggest is that you make available a phone holder on the bikes to make it easier to follow a map for those not familiar with the area, but thats a small small point..

Bellissima esperienza, se siete nei paraggi ne vale sicuramente la pena, Diego conosce benissimo il territorio e i punti di osservazione molto suggestivi. È alla portata di tutti quelli che hanno.un minimo di dimistichezza con la bici.

It's a great place. We rented bikes and took a trip around the lake. The owner asked us about our plans and gave us some good recommendations based on that information. The bikes are in good condition and reasonably priced.

Had the best time cycling around the lakes thanks to Diego. Very helpful and kind, and the bikes were in great condition. Definitely recommend even for beginners as the routes are fun and a great way to explore the town. Thanks Diego, and much love from Malaysia
