12 September around noon my bike broke down. After 10 minutes trying to repair it unsuccessfully, a very nice guy from this shop approached us and offered to help. After half an hour the bike was fixed and he did not want to have any money for it! What a great service!!!! If I ever have bike problems when I am in this area I would definitely go here again, even if I have to take a detour.

Mechanik rowerowy z Biketop to prawdziwy anioł. Niestety pierwszego dnia naszego urlopu w Badia zdarzyła się awaria jednego z naszych rowerów i konieczna była wymiana jednej części. Najpierw mechanik zadzwonił do wszystkich swoich znajomych z okolicy i jak się okazało, że nikt jej nie posiada, to zamówił nową. Wymiana poszła bez problemów i znów możemy cieszyć się jazdą. Skarbem jest spotkać na swojej drodze tak wspaniałych, zaangażowanych i pomocnych ludzi. Jeszcze raz dziękuję!

From doing the Sella Ronda to other off the beaten tracks - always top tips and fantastic restaurant advice.

We hired Full Suspension EMTB - my advice - the only way to go.

Very friendly shop and service.

Come tutti gli anni abbiamo prenotato presso "Bike Top" (quest'anno utilizzando il loro sito internet) un passeggino per le nostre vacanze estive presso la Val Badia. Il nuovo sito è semplicissimo e permettere di fare direttamente sia la prenotazione sia il pagamento, al momento del pagamento è possibile attivare anche un'eventuale copertura assicurativa oltre che attivare la possibilità di poter cancellare o spostare la prenotazione senza perdere quanto pagato.
Quest'anno i passeggini sono tutti nuovi ed ovviamente di marche locali sempre ottime, belle e robuste; il passeggino è stato consegnato in condizioni ottimali e come ogni anno ci è stato spiegato come fare per richiuderlo ed anche per staccare le ruote posteriori (in modo da riporlo nel bagagliaio in modo più agevole).
Il personale sempe gentile e disponibile.

We rented 2 e-MTBs from this shop and it was an amazing experience. They are friendly, professional and have everything you need! They also have a very nice store with clothing, shoes and accessories where you can find lots of cool stuff. If we come back here, we will for sure be renting skis or bikes from them!
