Wir haben spontan Räder geliehen, alles lief einfach und unkompliziert ab. Die Räder waren in Top Zustand und sehr neu. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen, würde wieder kommen.

Très bon endroit pour louer un vélo. Ils proposent des vélos en tout genre et le monsieur qui nous accueilli était très serviable. Il faut compter 35 euros par personne pour 3h de vélo électrique.

Hab heute spontan ein Rennrad reserviert und gemietet.
Ein tolles Fahrrad, keine Probleme oder Macken.
Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und kompetent.
Der Preis war super. Und alle Wünsche, Größe des Rads und Look Pedale, wurden prompt umgesetzt.

Sono passata oggi e alla mia prima richiesta di informazioni il signore presente mi ha subito risposto in modo molto scortese. Poi ha continuato dicendo che era tardi, che da lì a poco avrebbe fatto freddo e che alle 18 chiudeva. Erano le 14.15.
Siamo una famiglia con due bambini e certo non saremmo partiti alla volta dell'Austria ma avremmo voluto solo passare un paio di ore pedalando vicino al lago.
Evidentemente dall'altra parte non c'era alcuna voglia di prestare il servizio indicato nelle enormi bandiere all'ingresso. Un cartello con scritto "non disturbare" sarebbe stato più consono.
Anche la frase conclusiva è stata un apoteosi di maleducazione e arroganza tant'è che sono uscita dal negozio veramente esterefatta.

Fortunatamente ci sono altri noleggio di bici nei dintorni dove sono sicura il personale sia molto più cordiale e disponibile.

Personal macht den Eindruck, als hätten sie einfach keinen Bock, Fahrräder zu verleihen. Freundlichkeit und Kundenorientierung ist was anderes. Wir fahren lieber woanders hin, z.b. nach Eppan, da wird man wenigstens noch wie ein Kunde behandelt.
