Wir würden uns wirklich freuen, Sie beim nächsten Besuch wieder bei BreakOut begrüßen zu dürfen!

Herzlichen Dank vom gesamten Team!

You cancelled your booking this morning at 9:00, most likely because the weather was bad. Then you arrived at the shop one hour later, asking for the two bikes again just because the sun had come out. At that point, the bikes were no longer available.
You also insisted on getting a different model, claiming to be “experts”. However, if you book a Specialized Stumpjumper online and the next day you write to ask whether it is an e‑bike, it’s quite clear that you are not very familiar with bicycles. You also had no idea which frame size you needed.

In the end, be happy, today we actually saved your legs!!
