Organizzazione perfetta. Noleggiato 2 city bike e trasportino per cani e arrivati a Lienz con la comodita' di riconsegnare tutto e rientrare in treno a Dobbiaco liberi. Sono una potenza e fanno quello per cui sono pagati ma a discapito della simpatica, della comunicazione e della efficienza dei mezzi che affittano. I cambi di entrambe le bici sgranavano. Hanno negato uso della pompa per gonfiare gomma ad un ciclo turista per motivi che sanno loro. Mah. Diciamo bravi ma senza cuore. Prox volta magari proviamo alternative.

the idea of this company is quite nice. it would have been a better experience in peak season.
we reserved our bikes online to pickup in toblach and drop off in calalzo. when we picked up our bikes in toblach, they did not tell us that the calalzo location was not yet opened for the season, so we biked 60km down to the calalzo location only to find it closed. the person on the company hotline was helpful and let us drop the bikes off at a hotel in the town. it was very frustrating that the toblach staff acknowledged our calalzo destination and didn’t inform us of the closure.
we reserved an e-bike for our teenager but they tried to convince her to ride a mountain bike instead, which would have been a terrible idea, as the trail was difficult for somebody as inexperienced she.
the bikes were also poor quality and the crank arm kept falling off. we had asked for tools and they didn’t provide.
the bike ride itself was beautiful

We booked bikes online with Papin Sports for a one-way ride on the Dolomites Trail, paying an extra €14 fee for a one-way drop-off. Less than 24 hours before our ride, we received an email stating their southern partner shop was closed, with no explanation or further communication.

After delaying our trip by a day to wait for a response we never received, we drove up hoping for the best. It turned out they knew the southern shop was closed but took our one-way drop fee anyway.

The worst part was the refund process. They refused to refund the €14 back to my original credit card. Instead, they insisted on a bank transfer, requiring me to hand over sensitive bank information, which is a major fraud risk for international travelers...which I did not do. They also refused to void the original charge and re-run it for the correct amount. We decided on eating the fee as opposed to risking the bank information. It just was not worth the risk.

Takeaway for travelers: Papin Sports is basically the only rental option in town, but what you see on their website is not accurate. Be prepared for poor communication, potential sudden closures of drop-off points, and highly difficult refund policies if something goes wrong. If you can, bring your own bikes.

It was great experience for us: the amazing guy from Papin answered tons of our questions, advised us on the best route for us, helped to choose and adjust the bikes. And the bikes were really good. But of course, worth checking all the equipment before leaving.

Prenotiamo il giorno prima. Arriviamo la mattina alle 10 e ci attende una lunga fila di persone. Dopo ca 20min valutiamo che sarebbe servita un'altra ora circa. Quindi annulliamo la prenotazione ed andiamo da altro rent. In sostanza questa catena sembra molto affollata per il servizio lienz. Consiglio di arrivare presto o affidarsi ad altri.

A bike estava em ótimo estado!
A ciclovia que liga Dobbiaco a Lienz é toda asfaltada, sinalizada e um visual deslumbrante do início ao fim!
Além do ótimo atendimento, se você for para Lienz e não quiser retornar pedalando, poderá deixar a bike na loja deles lá em Lienz.

Ein grosses Kompliment gilt dieses Jahr unseren italienischen Gästen wie rücksichtsvoll sie auf dem Radweg unterwegs waren sie haben sich bei Gegenverkehr schön eingereicht kamen in einer länglichen nicht breiten Kolone daher und ich durfte meine Fahrt hier rauf immer geniessen .Dankeschön von Herzen .Möcht dazu sagen das ich auch nie schimpfen, sondern allen Menschen denen ich begegne ein herzliches Willkommen ausstrahle und so auch ich allerorts gern willkommen bin.Mein Danke und Kompliment an Pupinsport an eure Freundlichkeit mit Menschen eure Geduld auch Massen zu begleiten wie liebevoll sich die Gäste an den Bahnhöfen an stellen und natürlich die Obmänner die den Radlweg Südtirol und Osttirol so wundervoll neu gerichtet haben und noch werden heute gibt es von mir weitaus mehr Sterne als ich hier vergeben kann ...tausend Dank und meine Freude wird euch alle auch nächsten Sommer gern begleiten .Sportunfälle wird es immer wieder mal geben schwarze Schafe gibt es auch und Unachtsamkeit geht sehr schnell besonders mit dem Radl .Ja zeitweise bräuchte es nun sogar eine Radarkontrolle für daherrauschende E-bikes Fahrer ...Toblach Bahnhof hat sich auf mein Danke eine schöne Rezension im Internet gewünscht damit auch der oberste Chef es lesen kann das mach ich hiermit gerne ja bleiben wir nicht nur auf dem Radl sondern auch in unseren Herzen sattelfest das wünsche ich mir nicht nur das ist ein liebevoller Herzensbefehl.Kompliment auf allen Ebenen ...von mir.

Aluguel eficiente e sem cobrar pelo fato de deixar a bike em Lienz. Mas atendimento abaixo do aceitável. Atendente grosseiro e sem a menor cordialidade com o cliente. Não orientou absolutamente nada sobre o circuito e devolução das bikes em Lienz. Atendimento terrível. Voltamos com um casal no trem que estava comentando exatamente a grosseria do atendente. Precisam urgente mudar a equipe de atendimento!!!

Diciamo che le bici potrebbero essere manutenute meglio, tra il cambio un po' ballerino e la sella regolata male la gita fino a lienz poteva essere più rilassante
