Google Overall the team was accommodating a situation for us very professionally. The bike we rent at Plose was good and as such I had good time enjoying their services.

Good morning Damien,
You rented two bikes at the upper station of the Plose cable car.
Our staff member clearly explained the two available options: a single descent rental or a full-day rental. Considering it was already 2:00 PM, both options were presented in detail. You independently chose the full-day rental for both bikes.
Later, you returned requesting a refund, as it turned out your cable car pass was only valid for a single ascent, not for the entire day. Our staff correctly informed you that, once a full-day rental has started, refunds are not possible. Nonetheless, we offered you an equivalent credit to use in the future, which you also declined.
We are always open to finding reasonable solutions, but in this case, we believe our service was fair and correct. Our team provided all the necessary information, and it is not the staff’s responsibility to verify what type of cable car pass each customer holds.
We also understand your position, but it is disappointing to see that you chose to leave a negative review not only here but also at other of our rental locations, as a form of retaliation. We believe that a one-star rating does not reflect the level of service provided by our company. We hope that you will reconsider your multiple reviews and visit us again in the future.

Die Schutzausrüstung konnte ich im Anschluss an den Bikepark bequem oben an der Bergstation abgeben und danach noch ein wenig die Almen abcruisen.

Google War erst skeptisch ob man mir helfen würde. Kam mit einer verlorenen Schraube an meiner Snowboardbindung. Mir wurde super geholfen, eine Unterlegscheibe musste noch zurechtgefeilt werden. Preis: ist Service!

Google Sehr enttäuschender Kundenservice.
Ich habe mein Snowboard vor drei Tagen zur Wartung abgegeben und ausdrücklich gefragt, ob neben dem Service auch die Bindung festgezogen werden und mir bei der Entfernung eines Flecks auf dem Board geholfen werden könnte. Dies wurde mir mit "Ja, kein Problem" zugesichert.
Bei der Abholung musste ich jedoch feststellen, dass die Kanten nicht vollständig geschliffen wurden. Die Bindung ist weiterhin locker, und der Fleck wurde offensichtlich nicht einmal beachtet.
Immerhin wurde das Board gewachst, aber das rechtfertigt den mangelnden Service nicht.
Hier lasse ich mein Snowboard sicher nicht noch einmal warten. Danke.
