We had an incredible experience skiing with Phillip Gschnitzer! My family and I are from Ireland and it was our second time skiing, so we were a bit nervous at first. From the very beginning, Phillip made us feel completely safe and boosted our confidence on the slopes.
He was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and fully attentive, always answering our questions and taking the time to explain things clearly. We were also able to have really enjoyable conversations with him, he’s great at communication and makes you feel completely at ease.
He taught us the basics on the baby slope, explained everything clearly, and gave us exercises that really helped us improve. Thanks to him, I was able to gain confidence, pick up speed, and even practice parallel skiing, something I never thought I could do!
What really stood out was how he adapted to our pace and pushed us gently but confidently. He took us up the mountain, guided us through blue slopes with more exercises, and even brought us on a red slope! His encouragement and skill made the experience so much fun, and we all felt safe and supported the entire time.
He is passionate about skiing, professional, and creates such a positive and supportive learning environment.
We can’t recommend him highly enough!

I went skiing for the first time last Sunday and had an excellent experience learning with Phillip Gshnitzer. He started me on the baby slopes, clearly explaining the basics like stopping with the plough and making turns, and was incredibly patient throughout.
By the end of my lessons, Phillip had introduced me to parallel skiing and taken me down blue slopes—and even some reds! He was always close by, making me feel safe and confident as I learned. I went from never having skied before to completing runs completely on my own.
Phillip is a fantastic instructor and I would highly recommend him to anyone learning to ski!

Costi molto elevati, spiegazioni superficiali che non ci hanno permesso di capire i vari pacchetti cabinovia-slittino e rimbalzo da un posto all'altro per il noleggio degli slittini.
Abbiamo potuto fare una discesa sola poichè non ci era stato spiegato della possibilità di fare un altro tipo di biglietto...

Costi molto elevati, soprattutto quello del deposito sci. Da quando si sono trasferiti nella nuova stazione il prezzo è quasi raddoppiato e ogni anno chiedono un aumento medio del 10%. Per giustificare il rincaro rispondono "se costa troppo vai a Racines".

High prices of the valley. Lack of professionalism, one price was given on the phone for the reservation, another was made on the morning of the pick up, the bike keeps opening during the journey. Early closing of the rental.

Poca professionalità, detto un prezzo al telefono per la prenotazione, fatto un altro la mattina del ritiro, movimento della bici che si apre di continuo durante il percorso. Chiusura anticipata del noleggio.
