We were a bit disappointed as the chain in my Wife’s bike broke and she had to push it across half the town.
I asked for reimbursement - the shop is not ready for that as “the chain was working when we rented the bike”.
Wear and tear can happen.
Lack of service should never.

Outstanding service from Dejan! He organized bikes for our whole family, including kids, and everything was perfectly prepared. The bikes were in great condition, properly sized, and ready on time.

Very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Good bike shop, sadly no deals for longer stay? 20 euro a day for regular bike, bit more than double for electric.

Owner or seller was nice. Some bikes could get a little more attention to repair and we forgot to ask about helmets, not sure if he had some.

The handle grip wasn't that good from my experience. Also visual aid and was bad, as in looking for gears. So a 3-4 star shop depending on what you want from it.

Also they can't do English, so google translate

Merci infiniment à Dejan qui a été à notre écoute pour notre circuit autour du Lac de Garde, très arrangeant et facilitateur ! Les prix sont vraiment raisonnables. Nous n’avons qu’une envie….recommencer…
en Italie le port du casque n’est pas obligatoire alors pensez à prendre le vôtre

Wypożyczalnia zepsuła nam urlop!
Rowery w złym stanie technicznym. Wypożyczyliśmy 6 a 2 były uszkodzone. W trakcie użytkowania zerwał się łańcuch co czyniło rower niezdatny do dalszej jazdy. Po zgłoszeniu tego do wypożyczalni pan odmówił nam jakiejkolwiek pomocy. Powiedział tylko, że rower mamy oddać do końca dnia 1 reszta go nie interesuje. Rower musieliśmy doprowadzić do najbliższego sklepu rowerowego, zapłacić za części i samodzielnie naprawić.
