Biciclette vecchie e mal tenute, vendute a prezzi superiori al valore di mercato. Hanno noleggiato una bicicletta da bambino al prezzo di una bicicletta da adulto, dicendo che era una donna adulta, come se non fosse ovvio che stessero cercando di guadagnare 5 euro in più... servizio svogliato e disinteressato. Non li consiglio.

Decent bikes, not in top shape but “bikeable” :-) guy didnt speak much English but somehow we got to make it happen just fine, our friends went to the other rental in Sirmione - 1 km cca from hitem Cristal do the east and the bikes looked much better taken care of for the same price.

We rented 2 city bikes for a whole day, went almost to Garda and back. Owner speaks several languages, strongly recommend, we had a good experience and it is the closest bike rental to Sirmione old city. You can return bikes very easy even if it is closed.

Nie Miła obsługa. Rowery kiepskiej jakości. Drogo. Za rozklekotany rower 20€. Nie polecam. W Riva del Garda płaciłem 11 € za świetnie przygotowany sprzęt.

Whoever was working didn’t seem interested in renting the bikes out at all.. made us feel as though we were bothering him as soon as we walked in the door. Do you want business or not? Seeing as the shop was overflowing with unused bikes it doesn’t make sense you’d treat potential customers like an annoyance.
Besides this - the prices are unjustifiable. We didn’t end up renting and walked up the peninsula. It was too crowded to bike anyways, so I guess the employee did us a favor in not helping us to rent a bike.

The bikes are good. The prices are reasonable. As a bonus, they allow you to use your bike for free at night. I liked it. I recommend it.

Le biciclette sono buone. I prezzi sono ragionevoli. Come bonus, ti permettono di usare la bicicletta gratuitamente di notte. Mi è piaciuto. Lo consiglio.

We were a bit disappointed as the chain in my Wife’s bike broke and she had to push it across half the town.
I asked for reimbursement - the shop is not ready for that as “the chain was working when we rented the bike”.
Wear and tear can happen.
Lack of service should never.

Outstanding service from Dejan! He organized bikes for our whole family, including kids, and everything was perfectly prepared. The bikes were in great condition, properly sized, and ready on time.

Very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

The price is acceptable, but safety and a comfortable ride cannot be guaranteed when using these vehicles.

Be sure to test the brakes before driving, otherwise there is a risk of accident.
