We had an amazing tour with Alessia through the nature park and the old town! We were privileged to have a private e-bike tour, and Alessia was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She shared lots of interesting information about the local environment and the area.

We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cagliari.

Very disappointing experience. I booked a Segway tour through Airbnb for 31 October at 10:00, when the tour was available to book and the itinerary was clearly advertised on Airbnb.

After the host found out that we were arriving in Cagliari from a cruise, he contacted us asking us to change the start time to 9:00. I explained that, because we were arriving by cruise, we would try our best but could not guarantee arriving exactly at 9:00.

He then offered us a different tour for €65 per person and asked us to cancel our existing booking and join that group instead. I declined and simply asked for the booking I had already made to be honoured.

After I said that I would contact Airbnb to resolve the situation, the host accused me of making “veiled threats”. He subsequently cancelled our booking himself, claiming that the Segways had already been reserved by a cruise line for another tour.

This explanation was particularly disappointing because the booking was available when I made it, and the change only occurred after I informed him that we were arriving from a cruise. The entire situation resulted in our confirmed tour being cancelled and our plans for Cagliari being disrupted.

I would strongly recommend keeping all communication within the booking platform and carefully checking that the experience will actually be honoured before making plans around it.

Hemos hecho el tour "combo e-bike" y muy contento porque en 2 horas y medio hemos visto el parque con los flamencos y gran parte del centro histórico, sin apenas cansancio. Una maravilla también la guía, muy atenta, experta y simpática.

Eine Segwaytpur der Extraklasse. Das Unternehmen befindet sich im Zentrum von Cagliari. Sie bieten Segway- und Ebike Touren. Der Firmengründer Ivo gab meiner Frau und mir eine sehr informative Segway Tour zu den Flamingos, am Hafen entlang und in der Altstadt. Wir sahen wilde Papageien und wir machten an einem sehr authentischen Kiosk eine Pause. Wir haben telefonisch direkt bei NewWaySardinia gebucht. Ivo war einfach toll. Danke für das wunderbare Erlebnis.

Vandaag met 9 personen de citytour en flamingo’s gedaan van 2,5 uur. Was top geregeld. Veel gezien, veel informatie gekregen en een lekker restaurantje doorgekregen om te eten, Terra e Mare. Was heerlijk en niet duur. Een echte aanrader.

Mit Abstand die beste Tour-Aktivität, die man in Cagliari buchen kann ❤️ Wir haben vorher noch nie auf einem Segway gestanden und Ivo hat uns kompetent, charmant und humorvoll das Fahren beigebracht und danach die Flamingos 🦩 und den Leuchtturm mit vielen Infos zur Umgebung, Historie und Tipps für Cagliari gezeigt. Esperienza assolutamente da fare!
Abbiamo fatto il tour con il Segway con un gruppo di amici, in giro per Cagliari zona Castello e zona Marina, la guida è stata super attenta raccontando anche aneddoti di Cagliari. Per chi vuole vivere la città a bordo di un mezzo green lo consiglio vivamente.

We hebben een onwijs leuke, interessante fietstocht door Cagliari gemaakt. Onze gids Ivo nam alle tijd voor ons en wist heel veel te vertellen. We hebben zowel buitenom als de binnenstad helemaal gezien. Echt de moeite waard omdat je dit te voet nooit binnen twee en een half uur allemaal kunt zien. Dank je wel Ivo

Brilliant tour of the Molentargius nature park and old town by ebike. Alessia was a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable and lovely. She speaks English very well and also flawless French. We cycled also through Villanova which was great. Highly recommend this varied and exciting experience.

Tolle Stadtführung mit dem E-Bike. Guter Guide, gutes Material. Wir haben viel gesehen und es wurde viel erklärt. Eine gute Möglichkeit das hügelige Cagliari zu erkunden. Empfehlung. Gerne wieder.
