I had great experience with them. Bike pick up was very smooth, they were very helpful. Bike's condition was fine, chain was oiled very good and fork smooth, just the handlebar grips could be thicker.
Big plus is that they don't require deposit and you can rent bike just for 1 day.

Het is alweer een week terug dat mijn zoon (13) en ik de Half-day tour deden met de e-bike.

We werden uiterst vriendelijk geholpen. Wij deden het zonder gids, maar met gps. De route is heel makkelijk te volgen.
Als je al een beetje sportief bent is deze route vrij eenvoudig. Mijn zoon is zeker niet sportief en heeft het ook geredt.

Wat het zwaar maakte was de hitte, dus neem zelf genoeg water mee, al krijg je een bidon water van hun mee.

Als je eindelijk het hoogste punt hebt bereikt van deze route en het bos ingaat downhill, dat is wel verdienstelijk.
Lekker snel naar beneden!
Wij als Nederlanders zijn dat niet zo gewend.

De mtb had bij mij alleen wat beter afgesteld kunnen worden, die sloeg soms over met kracht zetten heuvel op.
Aan het einde van de rit werd gevraagd of er nog opmerkingen waren en heb ik dit aangegeven.

This was my first time riding an E-Bike and it was awesome! I was a little intimidated about climbing so much elevation but the motor was helpful to let me get a rest when I needed it. Amilcare was our tour guide and he was awesome! He gave great instructions and told us a lot about Etna and surrounding country side. The ride had some tough parts but I loved every minute of it. The descent was really thrilling and relaxing. I would love to come back again for another ride!

Abbiamo noleggiato due ebike con le quali in autonomia abbiamo raggiunto quasi la vetta dell'Etna.
Avevamo contattato il noleggio solo il giorno prima via WA e molto gentilmente ci hanno fatto trovare la mattina le bici pronte come da nostre richieste.
Le bici, seppur non nuovissime, erano in buone condizioni e ci hanno permesso di vivere un'esperienza davvero speciale.
Tutto lo staff si è dimostrato molto disponibile e competente nel fornirci indicazioni tecniche e turistiche.
Non possiamo che raccomandare e consigliare il noleggio a chiunque volesse scoprire la zona. Alla prossima Ilaria e Stefano

The service was flawless from start to finish, and the entire team was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful. On top of that, the location is a brilliant starting point for amazing road bike tours around Mount Etna.

Excellent gravel bikes! We rented 2 gravel bikes for 3 days and they were just in perfect condition: made it easy going uphill through the mountain scenery. The staff was very friendly and flexible. Even offered to store the bikes in case we wouldn't fit them in the car. The bikes came with filled water bottles, repair kit and helmets if needed. Whole process from online order to pick up and drop off was completely flawless. Can highly recommend and we'll come back to ride through the beautiful Etna landscape again.

On April 27, we joined the Etna bike tour as a private group of 8 people. At the beginning, our two guides gave us only a very brief introduction about the bikes, and then we started the ride. The route was approximately 25 km long.

During the off-road section, one of our friends fell behind due to an issue with their bike. Those of us ahead assumed that one of the guides had stayed with them, so we continued. However, there was no communication system such as walkie-talkies between the guides. The second guide did not stay with our friend either and instead chose to follow the group, leaving them alone. After about 30 minutes, since they couldn’t catch up with the group, our friend had to turn back.

Later, while we were on our way back on the main road, another accident occurred. One of our friends slipped after riding over a pine cone and fell, causing a chain reaction that involved three people. During the initial briefing, there was no warning at all about the risks of riding over pine cones.

Our female guide immediately took out the first aid kit, but there was no mobile signal in that area, so it was not possible to reach an ambulance. In such a high-risk environment, a satellite phone should have been available.

In conclusion, while the route itself was enjoyable, the safety measures were clearly insufficient.

This was an excellent tour. The 2 guides were informative, adaptable and friendly. We hadn’t mountain biked before so it felt like quite a challenge going up - Liz was great, encouraging and gave us confidence.
