Pequeña tienda de bicicletas cuyos profesionales han sido realmente amables y atentos desde el primer momento. La avería nos pilló de viaje y en tazebike nos lo solucionaron en el momento pudiendo llegar a disfrutar de la ciudad de Bari y a tiempo para coger el ferry a Grecia. Taller y tienda muy recomendables.

Na een fietsbakantie in Puglia moesten we met onze eigen MTB’s terug naar Nederland maar airport Bari heeft geen fietsdoos service. Online we Tazebike die ons altijd in een mum van tijd antwoordden op onze vragen. De dag voor vertrek brachten we onze fietsen die keurig werden ingepakt. Ook regelden zij een taxibusje om de dozen en ons naar de airport te vervoeren. Naast al deze superfijne service is de winkel een genot om rond te neuzen….allemaal mooie kwaliteitsspullen!!

Meine Freundin und ich haben Gravel-Bikes ausgeliehen für 2 Tage. Wir hatten von Anfang an das Gefühl, dass wir in professionelle Hände geraten sind und gut beraten wurden. Die Preise sind fair und die Räder waren top ausgestattet. Der Inhaber war sehr sympathisch und kam uns mit den Rückgabezeiten entgegen zu unserem Vorteil. Danke!

Me and my homies showed up to get our bikes checked out half way though a bike trip. He fixed up mine and one other for a very reasonable price. He then told our friend that his bike was total’d which it indeed was. He offered to fix it(which would take awhile) or to sell him another bike. After some push and pull he agreed to an offer and we got our bikes tip top and a whole new one for our friend. The trip continued! Thanks guys!

Il personale è estremamente gentile e cordiale, con prezzi onesti e tempistiche più che accettabili: il mio monopattino con oltre 3000 km è rinato!

Rental! I was getting desperate to find my final bike rental and reached out to Tazebike. Michael responded right away and set us up with a Bergamont hybrid touring bike (excellent for touring}. He speaks great English and was very helpful throughout the process. Our itinerary was complicated and had us returning to Bari on a Sunday. Again, he was very helpful and agreed to open the store for our Sunday return. Our trip was a success thanks to Michael!

Sono entrato alla ricerca di qualche consiglio per apportare modifiche alla mia bici e già da subito sono stati sinceri e cordiali ma poi casualmente il giorno dopo ho bucato! We reserveerden een maand op voorhand 2 elektrische fietsen. Op de afgesproken dag stonden ze ‘s morgens klaar. Heel goede fietsen. Hebben een tocht van 90 km gemaakt en hadden nog 25% batterij over. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst.

A reliable shop.

They respond very promptly to emails and phone calls.

I needed a bike for training knowing that I had a city Brake scheduled in Bari, So I emailed them yesterday they answered and understood my needs, they helped me with picking up and dropping off the bike even outside of their opening hours. I recommend for any need whether it's renting or repairing or even buying a new bike.

Sicuramente uno dei migliori negozi di biciclette, monopattini e affini. Non è semplicemente una ciclofficina ma un luogo di culto delle 2 ruote, dove Mike e Jonathan, mi hanno guidato alla migliore scelta per le mie necessità e per le mie possibilità. ancora grazie 1000 ragazzi, sono soddisfattissimo del mio nuovo acquisto.

Great bike rental place.
I rented a gravel Bergamont grandurance to explore the city and around the city for 1 day.
The bike was well set, maintained.
Owner is very friendly and uncomplicated !
I would definitely rent here again !
I recommend a gravel over race bike in this region.

Tazebike went out of their way to help me on my way for my first ever bike packing trip in Italy. Despite being booked for repairs, they accommodated me and did their very best to repair my gravel bike. When I had to leave my bike with them, they volunteered to drive me during their lunch back to the hostel where I was staying. I mean, is that service or what? Michael the proprietor was great and so was his associate. They were one of the best parts of my visit in Italy.
