I rented a full-size SUV from Tiripelli and the process could not have been any smoother nor could my experience any better. The owner made it very easy for me. He responded quickly via WhatsApp and gave me all the information I needed before my arrival. The car was new, clean, comfortable, and in great condition. He set the infotainment screen to English for me and showed me the features. It was a hybrid and very energy efficient. Because I was checking out of my hotel early Sunday morning, he allowed me to turn it in to the front desk upon checkout. Excellent service and car, I highly recommend!

I was staying in Hu Norcenni girasole so decided to hire a car locally from Triipelli Auto. I arranged the hire through email and found Valentino so easy to communicate with. When we arrived Valentino was waiting for us car outside ready to go paper work done in minutes and off we go. We had a very good Renault Cleo no problems and very reasonable price. Valentino even offered to bring us back to our accommodation on return of the car. When you hire a car from Tiripelli Auto you are dealing with the boss himself not someone behind a desk. I can't recommend Valentino enough, great experience thanks Valentino.

Goede auto en een mooie dag gehad, rond gereden in de mooie heuvels van Toscane (Chianti route).

Very good experience renting a car from Valentino. It was a last minute booking, called up in the evening for a morning pickup. The car was great, very new (Less than 6k Kms!) and perfect condition. Costs were upfront and reasonable, and get cheaper the longer you rent for (unlike the major rental companies).
If we had booked in advance, Valentino would have picked us up from the train station too, which would have saved €80 in taxi fees to and from our accommodation (pretty much the cost for a days hire)
He dropped me back at the train station too so I wouldn't have to walk. Very kind and friendly man, would recommend to anyone looking to hire a car.
