Pasábamos por Florencia en un viaje itinerante en bicicleta y con ellos pudimos reparar una rueda de una tarde para la mañana siguiente a un precio adecuado. Fueron amables y profesionales la rueda quedó perfectamente centrada para terminar nuestro viaje.

Avevo un problema su una Cargo Bike (peraltro NON venduta da loro) che nessun altro negozio si era reso disponibile a risolvere. Sono stati estremamente competenti, disponibili ed onesti nel superare il problema. Nella mia pur limitata esperienza, ho trovato un negozio che sa coltivare una clientela "local" esigente ed affezionata, oltre ad aprirsi con intelligenza ad un turismo internazionale responsabile ed attivo (affitto/tour in bicicletta). Un buon esempio di come questi due mondi possano incontrarsi, convivere e condividere l'amore per le due ruote.

Wir haben uns ganz spontan dazu entschlossen, Fahrräder für eine Tour durch die Toskana zu mieten. Bereits bei der ersten Kontaktaufnahme sind wir auf ein ausgesprochen freundliches und hilfsbereites Team gestoßen. Der Vertragsabschluss war völlig unkompliziert, schnell und transparent. Da wir die Fahrräder am selben Tag nach nur etwa zweieinhalb Stunden zurückgebracht haben, kam uns das Personal beim Preis sogar noch entgegen.

Bei der Rückgabe wurden die Fahrräder kurz begutachtet und wir konnten anschließend direkt gehen – alles verlief schnell und unkompliziert.

This is a proper professional bike shop, you can hire any type of bike from a city bike to a racing bike. They have a massive shop where you can buy any spare part for your bike, with a large workshop. You should definitely hire from here, they all speak English, the bikes are well maintained, don't bother with the slightly cheaper shops down the road. I am English, I hired a city bike, it was great, I am also a club racing cyclist so I know a good shop when I see one !!!!

It’s the best idea to rent bikes so you can see all the beauties Florences offers. There are enough bike lanes and mostly flat riding. The bikes were light, smooth and run well. They offered bike locks so we could lock anywhere (Florence is pretty safe to lock up bikes). Lastly, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I were in Florence and I decided on a whim to rent a bike improv. This was poor planning because Firenze is a cycling MECCA. Nevertheless, this shop was phenomenal. From customer service to accommodations with locals showing me the best climb (Vallombroosa). Coming from USA climbs like these are dime in a dozen. this shop is a must for an avid cyclist or those looking for a simple rig to get around the city. If you find yourself in Florence looking for rentals GO HERE!

Vi bokade två elcyklar för en tour till Chianti området. Bokade online och fick bra återkoppling om vår bokning i förväg. Jättetrevligt bemötande på plats. Kunde låna hjälm, lås, cykelväskor och lite verktyg som verkligen underlättade vår tur. Bra att ha med sig kreditkort för att lämna en deposition för cyklarna. Vi fick bra tips för rutten ut ur stan och till Greve en Chianti av ägaren. Supernöjd, blev en toppendag!

We booked bike rentals same day (in September) and had a great experience with the bikes, recommendations for where to bike, and working with the team at Florence by Bike. They provided paper maps with the bike lanes throughout the city. Good prices.
