I went to Florence recently for vacation, and my bike tire gave out, so someone in the area reached him, and the owner was very helpful. I couldn’t believe how gracious he turned out to be. Helped me in every way possible. If you are visiting Florence and need a bike, definitely stop by. Its absolutely worth it

Posto bello centrale, posizione ottima. Il ciclista è molto in gamba e preparato. È una persona onesta e svolge il lavoro come si deve. Ti fa spendere veramente poco rispetto alla concorrenza che è meglio lasciar stare.

The guy did not want to help me. The tire of my stroller broke, I understand a difficult fix, need a new one, which he doesn’t have, but he didn’t even want to try to glue the inside tube. Extremely disappointing!! I would not recommend going there and wish him the same hospitality in Holland if he comes there. Sad.

Someone fixed our tire for €5 down the road. So, it was possible if there was willingness. All that had to be done is to patch the inner tube, so we can use the stroller until we get home.
