Salvatore was an EXCELLENT guide and the tour company was VERY EASY to work with (booking, payment, questions).

What I truly appreciated about Salvatore:

— calm, safe management of the tour group even through some of Napoli’s busier streets

— his Napoli pride is evident: he was like an ambassador of the city but without it feeling like a sales pitch

— excellent advice to all of the guests on the tour for things to do in Napoli and nearby during our stays (two examples: which islands to visit, which to avoid; differences between Pompei and Ercolano)

— as we stopped near the Teatro, I became interested in booking a ticket for the opera; Salvatore guided me on how to buy a ticket and even recommended a specific seating area

Excellent "Hills and Views" tour with Salvatore! We learned so many wonderful things and began to really understand the beauty of Napoli. Salvatore’s love of his home was contagious. He took us to so many amazing places where only locals go. After the tour, as we continued our trip onto to Sorrento, it was cool to have a visual map of the Bay of Napoli that Salvatore had taught us. I want to return very soon for another trip to explore the many other areas we learned about. I have taken many bike tours, but this was absolutely the best, in large part because of Salvatore’s guidance. I felt like a real Napolitana while riding on their streets. (Tip: Napoli drivers look like they aren’t following many rules, but they are very aware of their surroundings and pay attention.) Thank you!

Really great way to explore the beautiness of Naples. When we arrived at Naples we had some difficulties to really see the how beautiful Naples is. But when we took this tour on the second day we were really excited about Naples. So thanks to Martiene (our guide) who did a really great job together with Giovanni. She took the time to tell us about the history of this city, and also gave us some advices what to explore in the neighborhood in the days ahead of us. Really helpful if you have limited time and want to get the best out of it 🙏🏻

De start van onze dag in Napels was deze Engelstalige fietstocht met gids. Een enorm goede keuze. Dankzij Salvatore bewogen we ons veilig door het verkeer, werden we enthousiast gemaakt voor de stad en leerden we veel bij over Napels.
We hielden aan de tocht veel tips over voor activiteiten in de stad, maar kwamen ook onderweg al langs diverse highlights. Dit is echt een aanrader!
Salvatores persoonlijke touch maakte de activiteit extra bijzonder.

The winding beautiful coast lines, picture perfect views, the happy smiles and rich history is a something special. Especially on the bike!

We went on a very informative and enjoyable bike tour of Naples with Giovanni in early August. He took us to some of the most interesting and beautiful historical buildings and landmarks in Central Naples. We also cycled out to the coastline of the city, and stopped at various geological and picturesque locations. Giovanni was very knowledgeable and informative on all aspects of Naples, and answered any of our questions regarding the history and culture of the city. During the course of our tour, we experienced a thunderstorm which meant we had to take shelter and stopped off in two local cafes and restaurants. Giovanni recommended some local delicacies and dishes for us to try. Due to the adverse weather, Giovanni kindly offered to add an extra hour to the trip, which ended up being an extra 2 hours 😀 We would highly recommend this tour to anyone as a must do when visiting Naples. Thanks again Giovanni for a highly enjoyable experience, Muriel and Sonya

Ontzettend leuke fietstocht door Napels dankzij onze gids, die veel wist te vertellen over Napels en de cultuur. Omdat de Giro d'Italia door de stad kwam werd onze tour iets aangepast wat zorgde voor een tocht vol met bijzondere stops en verhalen. Ook werd de mogelijkheid geboden even rond te lopen bij een bezienswaardigheid.
