Ignore the lady who tried to exchange a jersey from across the pond (???) - this shop rocks. I work at one of the biggest bike shop brands on planet earth and these guys 100% deserve your business. The place is great and is run by real professionals who take their jobs seriously. Went in and asked for a flat repair kit, they put it together for me - even double checking I didn’t need a tubeless kit before putting it together and ringing me out. Then, the real magic happened. I went and tried to set off on a ride with a rental bike that I regretfully didn’t rent with them, and when I realized the bike was in a shambles, I went straight to them and they did a cable reset and set all the limits in under 10 minutes. Not to mention, they even got my front axle to stop making a really suspect noise… The bike shifted great through all 22 gears (and I used them ALL on the local climb), even despite the chain being past .75 and the entire drivetrain being coated in probably a kilo of hardened grease. If you’re in Sorrento and need a repair, rental, or even a new bike - look no further. They’re fantastic and they don’t give any of that “pretentious bike shop” vibe. Thanks so much to the boys there and I WILL be back. Excellent shop.

I was so excited to buy a cycling jersey with lemons on it for my husband from Sorrento and I found this shop. However, the medium was too small and I called to see if they would exchange for a a larger size by mail and they were not accommodating at all.
Very dissatisfied with their customer service.

Cercando una ciclofficina professionale nelle vicinanze di dove vivo (Capri), ho deciso di affidarmi alla Tecnobike di Sorrento e ho trovato la “mia” ciclofficina. La gestisce Francesco, che ha dimostrato subito professionalità e preparazione specifiche, oltre a una enorme disponibilità e gentilezza; non solo esperto di meccanica, ma da vero appassionato è capace anche di quegli interventi “artigianali”, non invasivi, che a volte si rendono necessari sulle nostre bici quando dobbiamo adattarle alle nostre esigenze. Non a caso ho scoperto che pratica anche il restauro di bellissimi pezzi d'epoca. Il negozio è inoltre molto fornito di articoli, ricambi e abbigliamento di qualità. Mi sento di affidare con fiducia a Francesco la mia bici per controlli di routine così come per eventuali interventi straordinari e lo consiglio a tutti.

Abbiamo noleggiato delle biciclette elletriche di ottima qualità.Il proprietario era molto simpatico e gentile anche la signora e il ragazzo che ci ha fatto firmare il contratto.Mi spiace non ricordo tutti i nomi.Inoltre il proprietario ci ha consigliato di visitare cala ieranto vicino nerano molto bella.
