Non ho mai fatto una recensione negativa ma in questo caso lo reputo necessario. Sono entrato in contatto online con lo shop per comprare una splitboard. Dopo aver bloccato l'articolo a cui ero interessato e aver detto che due giorni dopo sarei andato a ritirare il prodotto, una volta giunto lì (2.5 h di viaggio) nel giorno prestabilito mi è stato detto che a mia insaputa avevano venduto l'articolo che avevo bloccato. Irrispettosi e poco professionali. NON lo consiglio

Negozio grazioso. Avevo un pezzo dell'attacco dello snowboard rotto e un ragazzo con tanto impegno e dedizione, nonostante lo scarso valore dell'intervento e la fila di gente, mi hs dato un pezzo sostitutivo provvisorio. Essendo il pezzo vetusto, non me l'ha fatto nemmeno pagare. Ogni volta che sarò a Sestriere di sicuro farò noleggiare l'attrezzatura presso questo negozio a tutta la mia comitiva. GENTILISSIMI!!

We rented e-bikes in July. Very high quality bikes! (5 adult and 2 children's e-bikes)
We rode for 9 hours, the batteries didn't run out. A lot of emotions. Thank you !

13/08/25 partenza da Pragelato x giro dell'Assietta. Dopo 2 km di stacca il pedale. Non mi sono accorto che si stava svitando. Quindi ho rovinato il filetto. Dopo varie chiamate nessuno era disposto a guardare il problema. Un signore per strada capisce il problema e mi indica Surf Bike.
Ragazzi siete spaziali,gentilissimi e pronti a capire come risolvere il problema. Lo avete risolto, quindi vi ringrazio immensamente. Alla prossima.

Another place where you're given shit rental gear and not taken seriously if you're a female rider – or they just have some shit overpriced gear generally and can be hit or miss. Paid €50 to rent a split board for a few hours. They gave me a K2 that had been to hell and back, they forgot to include a set of pucks – which means I could have found myself stranded on top of the mountain – and mounted two right toe straps on the bindings, so that one was pretty much useless. I had to ask for collapsible poles or they were going to make me pay and send me off like that. Basically, if you don't know exactly what you need, avoid this place – or shop around. Elsewhere in Sestriere, my friend got a new board, the lightest collapsible poles and even boots thrown in for €40. I told them all this when I got back down – of course they didn't offer any discount, they just said "yeah it shouldn't happen" and that was that. For context, I also went to them to buy some expensive protective gear last month and they tried to sell me the kids version because it was roughly the same size. The actual tailbone protection was ridiculously small – but hey, the shorts fit me! Actually done with this place.

The perfect rental ski store that you could find!
The service was perfect! With a big smile, the people at the shop took care for all of our needs. This smile was still there when we told the store that we missed one of the ski poles, and they didn't asked for payment of the lost.
In addition, the prices was more then good!
Highly recommended!

Rented an ebike for half a day. Asked for large size, they gave me middle saying it is large. I didnt check right away, only noticed when left a gondola on the top of the mountain. The bike felt really small, realizing that at the beginning of a red trail is not a fun experience. Then when I passed like 60% of the trail I noticed that the rear tire is punctured even tho I rode very very carefully considering that the bike is not a good fit for me. I believe the tire wasnt in a good condition from the very beginning.
Overall the day was ruined. When I return the bike and said about wrong size they replied like they couldnt give me L for some nonsense reason. No one said me about that when I took it, moreover they made me believe I took L.
Not recommend to rent a bike here if you need a good quality. The service also could be better, like give me some refund for the ruined day.

I rented a split-board with associated equipment and avalanche safety gear form Surf Shoppe in March 2024.
The equipment was in perfect working order and all the staff members were able to help with setup and any queries making sure everything was perfectly tuned to me and suitable.
This will always be the first shop I go to in Sestriere for anything snowboard related.

The mechanic helped me a lot. He repaired the free hub body on my mountain bike quickly and easily. Thank you very much, we were able to continue and finish our tour and there were no more problems. I can highly recommend this shop.

Niente da dire sulla qualità dei materiali, sci e snowboard sono ottimi.

Ho prenotato per uno sci d'alpinismo e mi è stato detto di richiamare il giorno prima per conferma. Così ho fatto, e mi era stato garantito che la mia prenotazione era confermata.
Il giorno della mia prenotazione invece, il mio sci e scarpone non erano più disponibili, sbeffeggiato dal titolare dicendomi che "i materiali non sono rientrati, non posso mica inventarmeli". Sarebbe stato gradito una chiamata per avvertirmi dell'inconveniente o delle scuse.
Titolare di una maleducazione e arroganza impressionante.
Non tornerò mai più da loro.

Negozio attrezzatura, fa' noleggio. Hanno un vasto campionario, materiale nuovo. Propongono scarponi e attacchi per lo snowboard step-on. Prezzi validi per il materiale che propongono. Sono stati anche disponibili a cambiare una tavola durante la settimana.
