Thank you for your feedback and for using our luggage storage service.

Just to clarify the pricing: our rate is €5 per bag, per day (not hourly). That’s why the total was €10 — you stored 2 items/bags, and the price is the same regardless of size.

We understand that if you only needed storage for a few hours, a daily rate can feel different — however, we don’t offer hourly pricing, only the flat €5/day per bag.

Also, a quick comparison: many online luggage storage platforms advertise €5 per piece, but then add service fees (often around €1.75 per item), which makes the final price higher than ours.

One more important point: if someone books and pays for 1 bag and then leaves 2 bags, that’s not fair to the business (and it’s not professional). We always do our best to be flexible and helpful, but pricing is per item.

If you ever come back, feel free to ask us before check-in and we’ll explain everything clearly so there are no surprises.
