They gave me a 70% full gas bike. I went for 30km max, got 40% left of gasoline.
They charge me 15€ for the gas 😡. And today it’s 1.7€ for a litter. What a business. Felt scammed. Why didnt you inform me to fill up the gas from the beginning. You take advantage of other people emergency to make profit.
1 star for the girl who charged me. 1 star for the company. 5 star for the man who handle to renting at the beginning. Bye

Een super fijne ervaring gehad, wij huurde de scooter eerst voor een dag, maar omdat het zo goed beviel wilde we de huur verlengen. Eenvoudig contact via WhatsApp met super snelle reactie! Hele vriendelijke mensen en super goed en mooi materiaal! Echt een dikke aanrader om hier een scooter te huren als je in Mennagio bent! Het is een geweldig leuke manier om de omgeving te ontdekken!

Wir haben uns zwei E-Bikes für einen Tagesausflug gemietet (40 € pro Person für den ganzen Tag – aus unserer Sicht ein fairer Preis). Die Räder machten insgesamt einen sehr hochwertigen und fast neuen Eindruck.

Ein Bike war in Top-Zustand: Wir sind damit rund 60 km gefahren, der Akku war am Ende fast noch voll. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Das Licht hinten funktionierte gar nicht, vorne war es sehr schwach. Ansonsten lief das Rad einwandfrei.

Beim zweiten Bike hatten wir leider etwas Pech. Zwischendurch gab es klackernde Geräusche, die Motorunterstützung setzte manchmal komplett aus oder kam zu stark, und schließlich sprang auch noch die Kette ab. Das war natürlich ärgerlich – wir konnten sie selbst wieder auflegen, hatten danach aber Hände und Kleidung voller Kettenfett.

Als wir die Probleme zurück im Verleih schilderten, reagierte das Team sehr professionell und kulant. Man zeigte sich ehrlich betroffen und erließ uns sofort den kompletten Mietpreis für das betroffene Bike. Das fanden wir wirklich fair und kundenfreundlich.

Fazit: Trotz einer Panne würden wir den Verleih jederzeit weiterempfehlen – sehr hochwertige Bikes zu gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ein Service, der Verantwortung übernimmt. 👍🏼

We rented a scooter for two days. They told us they got a bunch of brand new white Vespas few days ago :) we drove down the lake to Argeno and then over to lake Lugano. Next day north to Lago di Mezzona. These Primaveras drive super smoothly up and down the mountainroads. We enjoyed it. Communication was easy via WhatsApp and the staff was super friendly! Can recommend if you are in Menaggio and want to explore

We rented a 125cc scooter and on the phone we were told that it was a VESPA PIAGGIO, we then discovered that it was not a VESPA.

We paid 90€ and then we found that the cost was 50€.

The helmets were included but dirty and consumed, really anti-hygienic.

We were not allowed to pay by card.

Choose another car rental company in Menaggio!

The best priced scooter rent you will find and the scooters work perfectly. The guy was very helpful and damaged was caused to one of the scooters, where he only charged the price of the part and send a receipt for proof. I would highly recommend.

Wir haben für Sonntag einen Roller zu zweit gemietet. Der Service war wirklich super. Bereits Samstagabend wurde uns der Roller zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass wir ihn Sonntag den kompletten Tag nutzen konnten.
Was auch richtig toll war: bei den Rollern handelt es sich um brandneue Fahrzeuge, die erst vor vier Tagen geliefert wurden.
Gloria war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, hat uns alles erklärt - vieles konnten wir schon über WhatsApp klären und kommunizieren.
Wir sind mit dem Roller nach Como und wieder zurück gefahren - hat alles einwandfrei geklappt. Auch die Helme waren mit im Preis enthalten. Für den ganzen Tag haben wir 50 Euro und natürlich Sprit (knapp 2€) bezahlt. Können 'Canaja Ebikes - Scooters' nur empfehlen!

I had an amazing experience, spent 5 hours out on an ebike and managed to see so many beautiful places. Bike was very comfortable, surprisingly felt fine after cycling for hours and not wearing padded cycling shorts! The staff were so helpful, they gave me 3 bikes to choose from and really helped with my route. If you're looking to enhance your experience while in Como this is a MUST!!

Fantastic scooter rent in Menaggio! We had a scooter for 5 days, drove around the lake and got to see the most wonderful views! Having the bike made our stay much more interesting as we could explore the area. It was better value compared to the other options available in Menaggio, the scooter was super reliable, and Signore Gigi is an absolute legend! Totally recommended!

Had a great E -bike rental first few days of this week. First day the bike was great and went 80kms on less than ½ charge...so still good for 2nd day!..
Enjoyed trip Menaggio to Porlezza mainly on the cyclopiste (rail trail)..Also great side trips up small rural roads around Lovello, etc ...and surrounding villages ...Effortless hill climbing with amazing panoramic views.
Thanks Gloria for being helpful and proficient setting me up.

In 1 woord .....geweldig.
Super krachtige e bikes, zeer vriendelijk geholpen, mooie mensen, konden fietsen terug brengen toen winkel al dicht was.
Route blaadje was wat ingewikkeld, maar als je je eigen weg beetje volgt zie je nog zoveel meer.
2 fietsen voor 100 € per dag vond ik wel prijzig, maar het was de ervaring meer dan waard. 2e keer gedaan, kregen we korting, super.
100 % aanrader ( het mag wel íets voordeliger)

My wife and I have just returned from 3 days on lake Como. In Menaggio we have rented 2 perfect Mountain e-bikes from Canaja to make a wonderful tour of the Northern part of the lake. We warmly recommend Canaja, they are very kind and the bikes are new and in perfect conditions. The tour we made was 60 km. From Menaggio to Gera Lario you cross so many wonderful villages and most of the route is on the old panoramic road. Thne we crossed the Piano di Spagna and the Adda river and went down to Colico and Varenna to return by ferry to Menaggio. We also recommend the excursion to the old Monastry of Piona, an amazing Church dating back to the early 12th century! A wonderful day tour with great bikes (after 60 kms battery level was still above 60%!). Top!

Good quality e-bikes, had a great time on them. They have mountain bikes and hybrid/easy riders. Very easy to book and organise. Bikes in good working order and very simple to work. We cycled over to Lago di Piano and back but some of our group went much further to Lugano and back for a full days ride which the batteries lasted really well for. Would definitely recommend. Don’t need to be particularly fit or strong to use.

We hebben een dag e-bikes gehuurd bij de conad supermarkt. Een fantastische ervaring om met ondersteuning een groot deel van de omgeving te zien. Zeer fijn geholpen en goede fietsen. Een aanrader voor als je in Menaggio iets anders en iets sportiefs wilt doen.

Muy buen sitio para alquilar una eléctrica , pase unas horas muy divertidas subiendo por esos puertos tan bonitos , las vistas espectaculares , el trato muy bueno y el alquiler fue barato y rápido .
