I have just ordered a second ebike from - a 2024 Specialized Turbo Creo 2 Comp E5 which was marked down by over 30% Specialized Turbo Levo Comp Carbon from this Italian online shop. I also ordered range extender batteries which were also marked down. As I am resident in Switzerland, EU VAT was deducted and UPS handled the smaller Swiss import duties (I paid them.

The boxed bike arrived at my address in Switzerland within a few days. Communication with Claudio at the shop was particularly good - immediate responses and he kept me informed about the sale and dispatch of the bike. I`m English speaking and his English was perfect.

If my second experience is anything to go by, anyone considering ordering a bike online from TheFlow.Bike and having it shipped internationally, should go for it. Recommended!

Absolut verdiente 5 Sterne für das Team von TheFlow! Ich habe ein unschlagbares Angebot für mein Specialized Aethos Pro bekommen. Nach einem kurzen, sehr freundlichen Telefonat wurden meine Sonderwünsche (Anpassung auf 50/34 und 11/34 Übersetzung für die Berge) gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis sofort umgesetzt. Schon drei Tage später stand das Bike bei mir in Innsbruck vor der Tür. Top Service!

Ai effectué un 2nd achat de vélos Specialized S Works chez the Flow.
Je suis à nouveau enchanté par le professionnalisme et la réactivité de l'équipe. En moins d'une semaine, le vélo S Works Tarmac Sl8 commandé a été monté et livré en France.
A noter un emballage du vélo hyper soigné avec en plus un montage totalement à la carte parfaitement réalisé.
De plus, surprise en ouvrant le colis, The Flow avait monté des pneus de plus haut de gamme que ceux commandés et ceci sans aucun surcoût.
A bientôt et un grand merci à Claudio et Alessandro + félicitations pour leur français.

Ho acquistato un po di tempo fa una Specialized da The Flow e mi sono trovata molto bene. La bici è perfetta per me e i ragazzi sono dei veri professionisti con un bellissimo punto vendita e un'officina incredibile.
