I completely understand that selling over internet is a complicated thing with a lot of clients and so on. But! You guys don’t have a basic customer service! Asked several times and opened two tickets ( form of customer support) and no response at all. And after all you continue and ship me a size that I asked several times to change. You had several days at least to pay attention what customer is asking for but nothing. I will not accept the shipment and will not pay any taxes for the wrong item. Do not recommend at all. Customer support is non existent

I spend in this company about 35.000 euro and when I had one single problem with component (rear Corima wheel) and wanted simple change (during guarantee period) I had to spend 2 years of endless requests and emailing.
In total I did 3 reclamation processes, supported by photos, videos, with the result that the component is ok and the defect sound is coming from Campagnolo derailleur (which was, by the way, also supplied by ciclimattio).
Campagnolo service denies twice that the problem could be in the derailleur and point out specifically that the problem is the rear Corima wheel. This information was send to Ciclimattio but after another one year I couldn't get spare wheel.
Once they send me wheel back with tubular tire stripped off (additional work for me), second time they send me the wheel dismantled when cassette was off. (again additional work and even not having solution after 2 years!).
I'm very disappointed - I was buying from them only top level bikes Like Collage C68, Cipollini, .. and they cannot even change the simple component like wheel and let me spend 2 years without possibility to ride the bike.

Top mechanic, located a noise and quickly tuned my wheel when I was on a bikepacking trip. Shop inside is big and has lots of great bikes.

Super Service, super nett 👍
