Couldn't be more pleased with this shop, location, owner and location. Offered an espresso immediately after a heartfelt greeting from the owner. This was then complemented by being offered a sweet that was dropped off by a local customer, who was a surgeon and dedicated customer. They understood the type of ride we wanted and had us on our way to what was truly an epic ride. Bravo Yep Bike.

we had an incredible day riding with YEP Bikes in the Tuscan hills. The route took us from white gravel climbs to flowing downhills to quiet stretches of countryside that felt straight out of a postcard. Our hosts were amazing, warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about the region and the sport. our guide showed us secret spots we never would’ve found on our own. I can’t wait to come back and ride again!! Grazie to our hosts!!

This is a really special spot. I am mostly a road biker and while i didn’t ride the roads here, the rolling hills and textures of the country side have me drooling for more. So does the great equipment at the shop - top gravel and road bikes. Instead i got out of my comfort zone and hit the mtb trails. This place is a mecca for mtb riding. My ebike was super high quality, powerful and agile. My guide, Matti, was able to assess my ability and take me on trails to let me warm up and get comfortable, and then knew when i was ready for the trails that would stretch and challenge me. It was perfect. Best of all were the special vista spots he took us to for views of Florence and the wine valleys. I highly recommend this place.

And the shop is a scene! It’s a place where bikers can really feel comfortable. Hanging out post ride with like minded local cycling aficianados was a highlight. Thanks Yep! Ill be back

Ho scoperto con piacere da pochi giorni questa realtà. Mi sono trovato benissimo da subito. Un piccolo problema alla ruota posteriore con un preventivo piu' alto di quello che poi in realtà ho pagato ( elemento per niente scontato oggi che di solito è invece l'esatto contrario al rialzo).
Professionali, gentili, onesti, disponibili a qualsiasi spiegazione o dubbio. Sicuramente consigliato. Grazie ancora!

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Tag mit den vier E-MTB von Yep Bikes! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen.

Sehr schön waren die Routenvorschläge die auch für Kinder geeignet sind. So konnten wir gemeinsam eine abwechslungsreiche und sichere Tour genießen, die für alle gut machbar war.

Insgesamt ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! 🚲😊

It doesn’t get any better than YEP Bike. Don’t bother calling anyone else, they had the best bikes, the most wonderful guides, great prices and customer service was exceptional. I found YEP on google. My wife and I were arriving to port of Livorno on Norwegian cruise ship. We wanted to pack in a full day and see as much as possible. Our bucket list was: mountain bike ride, winery, pizza making class and transportation to and from port of Livorno. YEP planned the entire day for us. They had a whole itinerary with times for each activity. They even had showers at their bike shop. We enjoyed a guided bike ride on e-mountain bikes, private winery tour with lunch, and private pizza making class at Porta Verde. Lorenzo was our driver and guide for the day. He was awesome and Highly recommend. The YEP team can custom tailor a trip to your liking. You won’t be disappointed.

The team at Yep bikes were lovely from the start. I rented an e-bike for three days to accompany my husband who bought his own bike. Easy going and friendly and completely hassle free. The bike itself was comfortable and got me up all the hills of this extremely beautiful countryside and lasted a whole day of riding. Can totally recommend!

Se volete pedalare nel Chianti o su strade bianche è il miglior posto dove andare.
