Durante il tour in ebike da Roma a Bari , dopo Benevento si è rotto un raggio della ruota posteriore e dopo 40 km (fatti con ansia...) ho finalmente trovato un grande aiuto e assistenza in RDR , nel titolare sig Rocco e nella competenza tecnica del Sig. Fabio, che ha provveduto alla riparazione e a un controllo generale, permettendomi poi di terminare il mio viaggio di 700 km. Ho trovato una grande struttura molto importante, completa e competente e soprattutto una disponibilita' non comune, considerando il piccolo problema che ho avuto. GRAZIE!

Firma fatalna w obsłudze posprzedażowej. Zgłoszona reklamacja 03.08.2026 do opon w rowerze kupionym na początku roku. Zero reakcji, zero informacji. Do momentu kupna wszystko było ok. Po sprzedaży klient jest nieobsługiwany. Nie polecam!

Nagyon köszönöm az RDR Bikes csapatának a segítséget!

A Pinarello F5 pontosan olyan, amilyennek elképzeltem, sőt még jobb is. A kerékpár mellett minden megrendelt tartozék hiánytalanul megérkezett, a csomagolás kifogástalan volt, a kommunikáció végig gyors és segítőkész, a szállítás pedig mindössze 4–5 napot vett igénybe.

Az ár is nagyon kedvező volt, lényegesen jobb ajánlatot kaptam, mint Magyarországon.

Őszintén szólva a budapesti Pinarello kereskedésben szerzett tapasztalatom – ahol számomra arrogáns és kioktató volt a kommunikáció – nagyban hozzájárult ahhoz, hogy végül látatlanban az olaszoktól rendeljek. Ez utólag életem egyik legjobb döntése volt.

Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom, hogy vásárlás előtt ne csak egy helyről kérjen ajánlatot, hanem tájékozódjon külföldön is. Az én példám azt mutatja, hogy néhány nap alatt megérkezhet az új kerékpár, ráadásul kiváló áron és professzionális kiszolgálással.

La mia Pinarello F5 è esattamente come la desideravo, anzi, ancora meglio. La bicicletta è arrivata perfettamente imballata insieme a tutti gli accessori ordinati. La comunicazione è stata sempre veloce, chiara e professionale, mentre la spedizione è stata davvero rapida: in soli 4–5 giorni la bici era già in Ungheria.

Anche il prezzo è stato molto competitivo, decisamente migliore rispetto alle offerte che avevo ricevuto in Ungheria.

Devo ammettere che l’esperienza avuta presso il negozio Pinarello di Budapest, dove ho percepito un atteggiamento poco cordiale e piuttosto arrogante, mi ha spinto a cercare alternative all’estero e ad acquistare da RDR Bikes senza vedere la bici di persona. È stata una delle migliori decisioni che abbia preso.

Consiglio a tutti di confrontare sempre più offerte prima di acquistare. La mia esperienza dimostra che è possibile ricevere una bici nuova in pochi giorni, a un prezzo eccellente e con un servizio davvero professionale.

Unfortunately……..Worst shop/ website ever

No customer service , no replies, nothing nothing

I ordered a bike and after a week I discovered that the size of the bike is not for me , i send them more than 10 emails…. No response so far!!

I told them I will cover everything… but i need to change the size .. i ordered 57 Bianchi sprint and i wanted 55.

I bought the bike 24 days ago and until today I’m still waiting for their reply

I paid about 2000€ “ a little bit for “ and i have ride the bike 2 times .. but i don’t like it only because of the size.

I paid 49$ to assemble the bike but it arrived with 10% assembled!!

What kind of company is this !!! I can’t understand why they are doing this with their customers!!!

I feel really bad and regret that I ordered from them!!!

To everyone: I don’t recommend them ////// since 20 days I’m still waiting for them to reply to my email… i asked them just to help me but unfortunately they don’t care about anything!!

we are sorry to read your review, but we must clarify the facts regarding your order so that anyone reading this has the full context.

First, regarding communication: we process all customer requests daily. If you did not receive a reply, please ensure your messages were sent to our official support email and not blocked by spam filters.

Regarding the Bianchi Sprint size 57: you received exactly the model and size you ordered. As you openly stated, you have already ridden the bicycle multiple times over the past weeks. According to standard e-commerce laws and our store policy, returns or exchanges are strictly limited to new, completely unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. We simply cannot exchange or refund a bicycle that has been used, as it can no longer be sold as new. Choosing the correct size is the buyer's responsibility prior to purchase.

Finally, regarding the assembly fee: this covers the complete professional mechanical setup, gear tuning, and brake adjustment by our mechanics prior to dispatch. To safely ship a bicycle in a box, the front wheel, pedals, and handlebars must be temporarily detached. This is the standard worldwide shipping procedure for bicycles, which is very different from being "10% assembled."

We remain available for any technical assistance or warranty support, but we cannot authorize an exchange for a used bike due to a sizing mistake.
