Zamówiłem nową kierownicę do mojego Pinarello Dogma X. Najlepsza cena w Europie. Szybka wysyłka poprzez DHL z Włoch do Polski.

W listopadzie 2025 kupiłem Bianchi Impulso Pro z kierownicą od RC. Cena bardzo dobra plus szybka wysyłka do Polski. Dokupiłem również parę rzeczy od Bianchi: uchwyty na bidon, bidon, specjalną owijkę na kierownicę, uchwyt na licznik.

Ho fatto questo acquisto on-line, ero un po' titubante, perche' non conoscevo ancora la serieta' del Negozio. La mia Pinarello F7, e' arrivata nel giro di 4 giorni perfettamente imballata e nella sua bella scatola PINARELLO e ad un prezzo scontato. Molto seri e rapidi nelle risposte.
Sicuramente acquisterò ancora da loro. Quest'estate andro' a trovarli sul posto, cosi' avro' modo di vedere fisicamente questo bel negozio che non conoscevo.

STAY AWAY - disgusting customer service with no responsibility for the faulty bike.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced - no replies, they do not know basic english, not polite owner speech during phone calls.

Everything was fine till the bike was delivered with an issue.
It took them 1,5month to solve it, they do not want to take any resposibility for that.
The issue was clearly their fault and they did not sort it properely.
It could be sorted in a 1-2 weeks, but they were not responding.

They claim it is not their fault and literally ignore me.
The whole issue with all details and conversation is currently being reported to official Bianchi.

I recommend you to stay away and choose other seller, shame on you.

Edit after the owner's reply:
It would better to take an action to sort it and leave your customer with satisfactionary solution than accuse me of false review when you screwed up the whole process.

To be more reliable and verify my expierience I add the picture of the bike from them.

You are so open to dialouge and resolving issues when it comes to getting any reply from you it takes days of waiting or you just do not reply.
