Zamówiłem nową kierownicę do mojego Pinarello Dogma X. Najlepsza cena w Europie. Szybka wysyłka poprzez DHL z Włoch do Polski.

W listopadzie 2025 kupiłem Bianchi Impulso Pro z kierownicą od RC. Cena bardzo dobra plus szybka wysyłka do Polski. Dokupiłem również parę rzeczy od Bianchi: uchwyty na bidon, bidon, specjalną owijkę na kierownicę, uchwyt na licznik.

Ho fatto questo acquisto on-line, ero un po' titubante, perche' non conoscevo ancora la serieta' del Negozio. La mia Pinarello F7, e' arrivata nel giro di 4 giorni perfettamente imballata e nella sua bella scatola PINARELLO e ad un prezzo scontato. Molto seri e rapidi nelle risposte.
Sicuramente acquisterò ancora da loro. Quest'estate andro' a trovarli sul posto, cosi' avro' modo di vedere fisicamente questo bel negozio che non conoscevo.

STAY AWAY - disgusting customer service with no responsibility for the faulty bike.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced - no replies, they do not know basic english, not polite owner speech during phone calls.

Everything was fine till the bike was delivered with an issue.
It took them 1,5month to solve it, they do not want to take any resposibility for that.
The issue was clearly their fault and they did not sort it properely.
It could be sorted in a 1-2 weeks, but they were not responding.

They claim it is not their fault and literally ignore me.
The whole issue with all details and conversation is currently being reported to official Bianchi.

I recommend you to stay away and choose other seller, shame on you.

Edit after the owner's reply:
It would better to take an action to sort it and leave your customer with satisfactionary solution than accuse me of false review when you screwed up the whole process.

To be more reliable and verify my expierience I add the picture of the bike from them.

You are so open to dialouge and resolving issues when it comes to getting any reply from you it takes days of waiting or you just do not reply.

Prezzo fantastico per la mia nuova arcadex (1000€ in meno che a Siena). Spedizione ultra veloce, imballaggio perfetto. La bici è arrivata anche corredata di libretto di uso e manutenzione, campanello, catarifrangenti ecc. e due valvole tubeless. Bravissimi! Grazie ❤️.

J’habite en France et depuis 6 mois je voulais acheter 1 vélo haut de gamme en taille 58 que je ne trouvais pas dans mon pays et ce n’est pas faute de recherche.
C’est en regardant des vélos sur mon compte Instagram que j’ai connu le magasin RDR à Foggia en Italie et cela tout à fait par hasard.
En feuilletant son compte Instagram j’ai découvert 1 nombre et 1 variété de vélo de route incroyable (Vilier, Bianchi, Trek).
Son magasin était pour moi 1 vraie caverne d’Ali Baba, surtout pour moi 1 amoureux des beaux vélos de route.
J’ai donc contacté Rocco le patron du magasin pour lui faire 1 demande d’achat pour 1 vélo Bianchi Oltre XR4 (pour info introuvable en France en taille 58).
Après plusieurs emails l’affaire était conclue.
Tout au long du début du paiement d’un acompte de réservation jusqu’au paiement final et l’envoi du vélo en France, Rocco n’a pas arrêté de me tenir informé de la situation et de l’avancement de mon achat chez lui (photos, emails).
Par la suite le vélo est arrivé très rapidement chez moi par le transporteur international DHL en 3 jours dans son carton d’origine.
Le vélo était emballé parfaitement avec plein de protections et son remontage fut plus que simple et aisé (guidon, selle, roue avant).
Je conseille vivement à tout le monde ce magasin ou vous trouverez tout ce que vous avez rêvé d’avoir si vous êtes comme moi 1 amoureux des beaux vélos et équipements pour les cyclistes.
Je remercie tout particulièrement Rocco le patron du magasin qui est une personne de parole et qui est vraiment sympathique et chaleureux.
N’hésitez pas à le contacter il vous répondra sans attendre car il est très réactif.
Encore 1 grand merci à lui pour m’avoir permis d’atteindre mon rêve avec l’acquisition de ce merveilleux vélo qui je suis sur va me combler à tous points.

Habe BIANCHI INFINITO CV DISC SHIMANO ULTEGRA 11V COMPACT aus der Schweiz bestellt, website unterstützt nicht den VAT abzug/ Importzoll. Wenn man RDR Bikes direkt kontaktiert wird alles arrangiert. Man bezahlt netto und die Spedition stellt Importzoll+Bearbeitungsgebühr in Rechnung.
Habe das Fahrrad 3 Tage nach Geldausgang von meinem Konto empfangen können. Abwicklung und Service war super. Bike ist der absolute Hammer.
