Unfortunately……..Worst shop/ website ever

No customer service , no replies, nothing nothing

I ordered a bike and after a week I discovered that the size of the bike is not for me , i send them more than 10 emails…. No response so far!!

I told them I will cover everything… but i need to change the size .. i ordered 57 Bianchi sprint and i wanted 55.

I bought the bike 24 days ago and until today I’m still waiting for their reply

I paid about 2000€ “ a little bit for “ and i have ride the bike 2 times .. but i don’t like it only because of the size.

I paid 49$ to assemble the bike but it arrived with 10% assembled!!

What kind of company is this !!! I can’t understand why they are doing this with their customers!!!

I feel really bad and regret that I ordered from them!!!

To everyone: I don’t recommend them ////// since 20 days I’m still waiting for them to reply to my email… i asked them just to help me but unfortunately they don’t care about anything!!

we are sorry to read your review, but we must clarify the facts regarding your order so that anyone reading this has the full context.

First, regarding communication: we process all customer requests daily. If you did not receive a reply, please ensure your messages were sent to our official support email and not blocked by spam filters.

Regarding the Bianchi Sprint size 57: you received exactly the model and size you ordered. As you openly stated, you have already ridden the bicycle multiple times over the past weeks. According to standard e-commerce laws and our store policy, returns or exchanges are strictly limited to new, completely unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. We simply cannot exchange or refund a bicycle that has been used, as it can no longer be sold as new. Choosing the correct size is the buyer's responsibility prior to purchase.

Finally, regarding the assembly fee: this covers the complete professional mechanical setup, gear tuning, and brake adjustment by our mechanics prior to dispatch. To safely ship a bicycle in a box, the front wheel, pedals, and handlebars must be temporarily detached. This is the standard worldwide shipping procedure for bicycles, which is very different from being "10% assembled."

We remain available for any technical assistance or warranty support, but we cannot authorize an exchange for a used bike due to a sizing mistake.
