Hab meine Bremsbeläge vorne abgefahren.
Hab das Rad um 10:00 abgegeben.
Er hat gesagt er könnte das nicht sofort machen. Ehrlich - das ist doch bei jedem anderen auch üblich. Ich verstehe nicht wie man erwarten kann, dass man sofort bedient wird. Er hat mir zugesagt bis 12:00 würde er fertig werden. Das konnte ich nicht überprüfen, weil wir einen Ausflug nach Saturnia gemacht haben. Er meinte er ist bis 16:00 da. Auch das haben wir nicht geschafft. (Hatte ich vermutet und für den nächsten Tag morgens die Abholung angekündigt). Wir sind dann abends um 19:00 vorbei gekommen und ich habe gesehen, daß mein Bike nicht vor dem Laden stand, sondern wohl im Laden eingesperrt war. Hab das Bike dann wie besprochen um 9:00 morgens abgeholt. Reperatur war 50€. Dachte mir ist nicht wenig. Dann hat er mir gesagt, er hatte (unaufgefordert) auch die hintern Beläge gewechselt. Die alten Beläge lagen am Rad und ich habe nach Kontrolle bemerkt, daß er Recht hatte.
Hätte mich geärgert wenn nach kurzer Zeit die hinteren Beläge fällig geworden wären. Also 2 Satz Belege und Vorderrad aus-/einbauen und das selbe hinten. Ich denke 30 Minuten Minimum, wenn nicht mehr. Fazit Reparatur zufriedenstellend und wie zugesagt ausgeführt.
Ich kann in nur empfehlen.

I saw this store and had an issue with my bike, so I walked in. Owner told me he will have a look and I should return in 60-90mins. I told him that I need to continue my trip to Grosseto later that day which he acknowledged. When I came back, I saw my bike standing outside the same way I left it there. I got in and when he saw me, he continued talking to other customers. After a few minutes of trying to get his attention, he told me he doesn't have the time and I "should try tomorrow again". I considered this as highly disrespectful when I literally told him I'm on a tour and will leave this place very soon. Also, I understand that sometimes business can be busier than expected, but he could've taken my phone number and let me know so I didn't waste 1.5 hours. Last but not least, you could at least PRETEND that you're sorry!!!! After I repeatedly said I won't be here tomorrow, his answer was: "OK."
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend coming here even though the store looked really nice.

Negozio ben fornito e personale molto disponibile. Ho avuto problemi a caricare la mia ebike in appartamento per problemi di sbalzi di tensione. Sono andato da loro in negozio e mi hanno lasciato caricare la bici tutte le volte che ho avuto bisogno. Grazie
