Awesome experience as follows: The owner speaks English. He opens at 9am. He takes an ID and gives it back when you return the bike. Go on Google maps and plan what you want to see. But if you don't it is beautiful heading towards Imperia. We were planning to head there but made way too many stops, plus our butts hurt from the seats. If possible, bring gel seats from home. We rented city bikes. You pay for the hours rented when you get back. He takes credit card.
There is a nice park to walk around right across from the next bike rental place but the museum was closed.
After the second tunnel there are free clean bathrooms at a restaurant on your right. Paid $4.50 for 2 cappuccino's with great views of the ocean. Get the bathroom finder app. Be prepared for racing bikes to pass you in packs at 50 mph. So if you change you lane BE CAREFUL! It was great. Hope this review helped.

Esperienza negativa.
Abbiamo preso un risciò per due persone
già dai primi metri si è capito che non era in buone condizioni , non camminava bene e sembrava completamente privo di manutenzione. Una volta rientrati abbiamo segnalato il problema al titolare, ma invece di assumersi la responsabilità ci ha risposto che “sono tutti così quei modelli”. Peccato che non sia vero: il mezzo era semplicemente trascurato.
Esperienza deludente e poco professionale.

Had me er zeer op verheugd om het beroemde fietspad te fietsen. Echter is het bij NoloBici verplicht om je ID of paspoort achter te laten. Ze leggen het dan in een bakje op een tafeltje. Ik vond dat niet prettig en had mijn ID gedurende de dag ook nodig. Daar hadden ze geen boodschap aan. Dus helaas geen fiets voor mij. Helaas wordt er niet meegedacht aan een andere oplossing, zoals een borg of een foto van mijn ID.

Es hat alles super funktioniert. Man bekommt zusätzlich zum Fahrrad ein Schloss und einen Fahrradkorb mit dazu. Die Fahrradstrecke ist sehr schön, entlang an verschiedenen Stränden.

Wir hatten eine super Erfahrung. Ein Schloss und einen Fahrradkorb hatten wir kostenlos dazu bekommen. Wir waren 2 1/2 Stunden unterwegs und mussten für zwei City Bikes dann nur 20€ anstatt den regulären 24€ zahlen. Würde es jedem empfehlen!

Il personale non è molto cordiale né sorridente. Probabilmente hanno troppi clienti facili da conquistare.
Biciclette elettriche vecchie. Batterie difettose; i telai delle biciclette sono decentrati.
Peccato che vivano di rendita.
Ci sono altri noleggiatori che hanno rinnovato il loro parco biciclette a Sanremo.
The staff are not very friendly or welcoming. Probably because they have too many loyal customers.
Old electric bikes. Faulty batteries; the bike frames are off-centre.
It's a shame they are resting on their laurels.
There are other rental companies in Sanremo that have updated their stock.

E il personale?! Sono super preparati, ti aiutano a scegliere la bici giusta per te e ti danno tutti i consigli per sfruttarle al meglio. Sono stati disponibilissimi e gentili.

Very disappointed with the service. We were treated with disrespect and total lack of professionalism. Despite having reserved carbon road bikes in advance, they tried to give us old, low-quality bikes that were completely different from what was promised. No apologies, no solution — just rudeness. Definitely not recommended.

I wish I could put zero stars. This place is complete garbage. The staff were super unfriendly and especially one member of staff was very aggressive. This member of staff was completely unprofessional and rude to me and my family. He constantly ignored us and eventually started shouting at us because we wanted to try the bike before riding to make sure it was comfortable and right size. If I were to recommend a place it would be Segway Rent San Remo they are just down the street very professional and helpful they were extremely kind and let us try the bikes for the sizing and comfort. Once again I would like to restate how bad and unprofessional this place was.

Occupa la ciclabile ( su cui pedalano molti bambini ) come la vetrina e officina della sua sua attività. L’ho fatto notare più volte e mi ha sempre inveito contro urlandomi e minacciandomi. Mi ha anche rincorso forse con la speranza di farmi cadere dalla bici.

Die Fahrt mit dem Rad von Sanremo nach Imperia war traumhaft schön und mit dem Rad hat auch alles super geklappt. Das Ausleihen für 2h in Sanremo hat auch reibungslos funktioniert, der Verkäufer war nett und ich konnte gegen einen Aufpreis von 5€ das Rad in Imperia zurückgeben. Was mir den Ausflug am Ende leider etwas kaputt gemacht hat war der unfreundliche Service in Imperia Oneglia. Ich musste fast 20min warten weil zunächst eine Familie vor mir war, was auch okay ist, aber dann hat der Betreiber noch zwei weitere italienisch sprechende Kunden vor mir drangenommen und sich auf italienisch über mich lustig gemacht, weil er wohl dachte ich verstehe es nicht. Fand ich nicht sehr respektvoll und schade, dass ein sonst toller Ausflug dadurch etwas getrübt wurde.

Il venditore ha chiuso il punto vendita 10 minuti prima, abbiamo dovuto chiamare l'azienda e aspettare 10 minuti che arrivi
Una volta arrivato si è motivato dicendo che doveva mangiare, ci ha fatto pagare 2 ore nonostante noi eravamo arrivati prima ma era lui arrivato in ritardo
E nonostante abbiamo pagato l'ora in più che non ci spettava, ci ha anche insultati ripetutamente
Non fidatevi assolutamente di questa azienda che vuole solo rubarvi i soldi e il tempo

In 8 le abbiamo noleggiate per la giornata ed è stata un’uscita fantastica.
Sergio è stato molto preciso ed ha spiegato ad ognuno di noi il funzionamento delle bici elettriche.

Loved it!! We rented 2 electric bikes and went to imperia. Great views! Nice bars/restaurants/gelato along the way! And magnificent views !! Recommended!!! We didn’t have any problem but there are nolobici service points along the way.

Male male, nel volantino c era scritto che noleggiavano trasportini per animali invece ce ne era solo uno e rotto. Incommentabile, di solito il mio voto più basso è 3 stelle ma loro ne meritano 2, cari e spocchiosi le bici cmq funzionavano, per questo il giudizio è 2 stelle e non una sola stella. In generale la passeggiata in bici è vivamente consigliata noleggiando in un altro posto la bici. Tandem funzionante
