Don’t use this rental. If you’re unlucky and get a puncture it is your responsibility to get it patched, so bring patching equipment and your own pump. Calling the company to get help is useless. You end up paying for all hours + repair + taxi for one person. We were out 4 hours but biking for 1.

MI SEMBRA NORMALE SE VAI A 30 KM DI DISTANZA!! 😁 SE NO LEGGI UN AUTO E BUCHI SULL'AUTOSTRADA IL NOLEGGIATORE DEVE VENIRE A RIPARARTI LA GOMMA???? 🙄

One of the worst bike rental companies in the world! I would never recommend this place to anyone. I personally had a case where they gave me a bike with half-flat tires, pumped it up before leaving and in the end, logically, the air went out, because they gave me a bike with flat tires. When I called back and said that you already saw it and know what the problem is, then suddenly they answer that they don't know anything and demand to pay at least 20 euros to come pick you up. I called the police and everything ended well for me, but it's clear that this office is a scheme! A scammer's scheme! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

TUTTE BUGIE.... SOLO UNA RISPOSTA.. SE ERANO SGONFIE NON PARTIVATE.... E SE AVETE BUCATO A KM DI DISTANZA NON SIAMO TENUTI A VENIRVI A PRENDERE GRATIS E IO NON HO MAI AVUTO POLIZIA IN AZIENDA PER UNA COSA COSÌ LAMPANTE.... SUL NOSTRO CARTELLO C'È SCRITTO IN 4 LINGUE CHE IL NOLEGGIATE È RESPONSABILE DEL MEZZO E LO DEVE RICONSEGNARE COME LO HA RICEVUTO... QUINDI SIETE CATTIVI E IGNORANTI A FARE QUESTE RECENSIONI👍
