Esperienza pessima. Attrezzatura vecchia e mal tenuta, scarponi scomodi e sci visibilmente usurati. Il personale poco disponibile e per niente attento al cliente: sembrava quasi dessi fastidio facendo domande.

Tempi di attesa lunghissimi anche con poca gente, organizzazione confusa e prezzi decisamente troppo alti per il servizio offerto. Nessuna cura per chi noleggia, zero consigli personalizzati.

Sono venuto qui per comodità, ma me ne sono pentito. Con quello che ho pagato mi aspettavo tutt’altro. Non tornerò e non lo consiglio.

Se potessi dare zero stelle lo farei, ma purtroppo non si può. ZERO assistenza da parte del personale (eravamo solo noi a noleggiare perché era già tarda mattina, quindi senza nessun altro dentro). Con 3 bambini e 3 adulti a noleggiare, assistenza zero, manutenzione delle attrezzature pessime ( ci si è rotto un attacco tavola poco dopo averlo noleggiato), caschi rovinati e malodoranti, maschere sporche e rotte. In sostanza, NON noleggiate da loro. Salendo ci sono altri tre noleggi, sicuramente meglio di questo e più economici.

I can only say positive things about the rental. People complain about unfriendly and unhelpful staff, but just because they don’t smile through their day it doesn’t mean they’re rude, they are at work, let them be. We went to inquire about renting the day before our first day, the manager told us the price and told us not to worry about availability, we shook hands and said buona serata. We rented snowboards from the 18th to the 20th of March and they exceeded our expectations. We decided to change our bindings after the first day for Step-On bindings and replaced one of the boards due to an issue. No problems at all and they charged us a fair price at the end. I can only recommend them.

Good thing you can keep the shoes here free of charge. I got discount last time for gloves.

This time I asked for snowboard for intermediate advanced. Didn't check and got one for beginners. I was fully charged 2 days. Even tho returned the board after 2 hours after first short day. Got a nice board after I asked for it on next day but surprisingly when returning extra charge. Especially the owner seems not interested in a friendly together or no english speaker..

We booked also locker for 12 euros, which was never clear where they are. Apparently at the end of the first lift straight ahead with key code XXXX#

Easy instruction would made our life easier. That's where a lot of rental ski where super helpful to compensate for this questionable store.

I recommend to avoid, book somewhere else like uphill first rent shops or coming from somewhere else as they are not the only option ;)

Esperienza davvero super, sopratutto per i bimbi!!
Siamo stati qui oltre ad oggi altre due volte, sempre nel weekend, dove usare il termine affollato per descrivere il numero di persone presenti è molto riduttivo e ci teniamo a lasciare due righe in primis per ringraziare i ragazzi che ci hanno seguito.
Il primo sabato siamo stati serviti da due ragazzi, Andrea e Marco, che nonostante il ritmo di lavoro a cui sono sottoposti sono stati più che disponibili a venirci incontro in ogni modo, ci hanno aiutato a indossare e provare la taglia corretta, correggendo e cambiando scarponi seguendo le diverse esigenze.
Non essendo nel nostro “mondo” ci sentivamo dei pesci fuor d’acqua e anche un po’ rompiballe diciamolo, viste quante persone stavano seguendo, ma loro ci hanno servito in un modo davvero notevole e gentile!
Ragazzi grazie ancora appena riusciremo torneremo a trovarvi!!

My friend and I rented top to bottom gear here, we walked in (keep in mind we went the second week of January so it was technically off-season) and there was little to no wait. The staff was very accommodating to our lack of Italian and quick to fit us with the gear we needed. Can't wait to be back!

Very rude person behind the counter (reviews tell me it's the owner's son). If you are a member of the family who owns the business you have duty to lead by example. The other staff were lovely but this one was a disgrace.

Chiederei prima scusa perché la mattina sono stato io stupido a non trovare la tavola messa davanti alla porta. Ma questo non penso che sia il motivo per trattare un cliente con modi arroganti. In questo negozio non si può chiedere nulla, ho lasciato gli scarponi per terra per chiedere se quello che avevo davanti fosse lo scaffale giusto, visto che erano tutti da sci e neanche uno da Snow, non penso che sia una domanda difficile e scortese, subito arrivano le lamentele dicendo di non lasciare gli scarponi per terra. Se io ho fatto una domanda significa che vorrei avere una indicazione giusta per lasciare gli scarponi non significa che butto tutto lì e me ne vado. Siamo tutti stanchi dopo una giornata intera ma questo non è un modo per sfogarsi.

Lines can be very long here as it’s the only rental shop in the area and is actually part of the same building as the lift itself.
However, the staff do work fast and are very efficient.
Best to pre-book your equipment online, as you can skip the queue.
Gloves and other accessories are sold there too.

Negativo. Tavola data come top di gamma poco sciolinata e senza lamina. Quasi impossibile snowbordare. Non hanno un punto di assistenza su ai Piani di Bobbio per qualsiasi problema bisogna scendere con la cabinovia e perdere tempo. Ultima volta con loro.
