Der Inhaber ist ein toller Mensch, der den Fahrrad Verleih mit seiner Frau betreibt. Der Guide ist ein ebenfalls ein toller Mensch mit viel Erfahrung für seinen junges Alter. Sie sind mit leb und Seele dabei. Wir werden wiederkommen wenn wir in der Nähe sind und sei es nur auf einen Kaffee!

We had a fantastic experience – everything was well-organized and perfectly tailored. The San Primo Ring Tour, with our guide Paolo leading us along a beautiful and well-chosen route. He was knowledgeable, informative, and made the hike even more enjoyable.
We also did a bike tour with Luca, which was an amazing way to experience the lake from a fresh perspective. He took us through beautiful little towns, captured great photos and videos for us, and planned a perfect route that went above and beyond our expectations.

The bikes were new, well-maintained, and very comfortable to ride. The shop was clean and professional, and organizing the tours was super easy – the staff responded quickly and were very helpful.

Highly recommend both tours for anyone looking to explore the area actively and with great local guides!

If I could give this place 6/5 I would! Ugo is one of the kindest and most welcome people I met while on a trip to bike up the mighty Stelvio pass in the Italian Alps. He gave me all sorts of advice and even threw in free gels and nutrition bars for free. I really enjoyed speaking with him talking about all things bike related.

Booking through their website was easy and even coming to get the bike via ferry to Bellagio was easy enough and Ugo made sure to stay open till I got my bike.

Please rent for this good man and support his business, you will not be disappointed.

We visited on August 31, 2025. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the gentleman who helped us, but I haven’t seen someone so passionate about their work in a long time. Absolutely brilliant!

Everything was perfectly arranged. The bikes were ready with our names on them, the correct pedals had already been mounted so we could use our own shoes, and the bikes were adjusted to the right height on the spot.

We were also provided with bottles, gels, and electrolytes. On top of that, the helpful staff member gave us great advice for planning our route.

All in all, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to anyone!

The most fantastic people who rented us the bikes. Went with a group and all rented a bike so he had to adjust a lot of pedals. Whilst waiting we were taken to the water for a free coffee. Very helpful and sweet staff. The bikes were also amazing and top quality.

Perfect experience 😀 Booked the bike online, when i arrived the next day it was all there, ready to go. Owner leads the store with passion. Bikes, shoes etc. are of great quality! The tours around the area speak for themselves, absolutely beautiful. Did the short, but nicely intense tour to Madonna del Ghisallo. If you do a bike tour around the lake, do it here 😊😊 See you next time!
