Stavo viaggiando in bicicletta, arrivavo da Realmonte con la bici malconcia, la prima Ciclofficina si trova a Sciacca, sono arrivato ho incontrato Daniele che in tempo da Pitstop mi ha rimesso in pista. Velocissimo gentilissimo, prezzo onesto e mi ha anche regalato un integratore.

Responded to me swiftly on Sunday through whatsapp even though he was closed. And first thing Monday morning he helped me with my mechanical problem. He fixed my back gear quickly for a very reasonable price. Extremely helpful and friendly too, would recommend!

Daniele a été très gentil avec moi. C'est une personne extraordinaire et pétillante de vie. Peut être même un des meilleurs réparateur de Sicile ! Il a pu me redresser très rapidement ma patte de dérailleur tordue. Et j'ai aussi pu lui acheter deux chambres à air dont j'avais besoin. Il m'a aussi montrer une super technique pour rendre les pneus plus solide face aux crevaisons.
C'était un super moment pour moi et mon vélo.

I was having bicycle troubles riding across southern Sicily. I arrived in Sciacca and had one day to sort the problem. Daniele was amazing. So kind, so helpful. His bicycle shop was like a family. Friends popping in, his dad arrived to say hello. All friendly, by the afternoon Daniele had sorted things for me and I was able to keep on riding. Thanks so much Daniele.

My bike's Di2 rear derailleur shifter was not behaving as it should with only some gears reachable without the chain protesting. I looked up Ciclotech on Google as I was passing through Sciacca on a bike tour of Sicily. They immediately dropped everything and got my bike on the stand for some closer inspection. The technician re-booted the firmware in the Di2 and hey presto the gear changes worked like new. The cost was very reasonable and the service immediate and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

We needed new chains on our Tandem after a very muddy cycle path caked them in mud and two days of rain added rust, the guy didn't sepak English but was extremely helpful and changed them all and got us back on tour all on the same day. Highly recommended.

6 days ago I started a bike tour around Sicily, which took me over a lot of small paved and gravel roads from Messina up to Mount Etna over Augusta, Siracusa, Licata to Sciaccia, where a nipple on my frontwheel broke. Daniele found two and offered them to me for free and now I can continue my trip to Tripani, Palermo, Céfalu and hope fully Messina and I will certainly always crack a smile, when i think back to that friendly and helpfull mechanic!
