Sono un turista e quando sono entrato stava aggiustando una bici, gli ho chiesto se aveva un copertone e mi ha detto di si ma di aspettare una volta finito il lavoro mi ha mostrato i copertoni che aveva in negozio, poi è entrato un altro cliente e ha cominciato a servirlo così ho aspettato. Quando stava facendo lo scontrino ad un altro cliente gli ho chiesto se aveva dei copertoni Vittoria lui mi ha risposto dicendo:" non vedi che sto servendo?". Personale molto maleducato e scortesi, se ne approfittiano dei turisti. Così non ho comprato niente e sono andato via

Rented a Specialized Tarmac Sport from this place for a day. Owner does not speak English, but was quite helpful and the process was easy. Need to agree at least a couple of hours in advance for bike prep. Price was 40€ for a day, diminishing as days go by if rental was longer. No deposit needed, helmet and flat kit included! Very good service and enjoyable experience overall!

Great service and excellent shape Carbon Specialized Tarmac at a reasonable price. Not everyone’s English is as good, but they go out of their way to prepare your bike. Allowed me to pick up my bike the night before (they only open at 9am)

Axis 2.0 Felge nach Unfall komplett Schrott. Obwohl die sprachliche Kommunikation nicht einfach war, hat man mir sofort geholfen und nach einer Lösung gesucht. Einen Tag später war mein Bike tatsächlich wieder fit, neue Felge von anderem Hersteller, Rad komplett überprüft und Schaltung, Bremse perfekt eingestellt. Auf der Rechnung sind sämtliche technischen Daten der neuer Felge und der Speichen angegeben, samt technischer Zeichnung, habe ich so noch nicht erlebt. Gesamtkosten 100 Euro, davon 80 für Material. Sehr zu empfehlen, hilfsbereit und extrem kompetent, obwohl man das auf den ersten Blick nicht vermuten mag!!

Super Service, top günstig. Total Ausfall an der Hydraulischen Bremse. Bremsbelag komplett weg, Kolben hing, Öl weg. Ein Tag dort, 37 Euro, den Sattel neu justiert. Klasse!!!

Vielen Dank. Ein Lagerschaden am Hinterrad hätten das aus für die MTB Touren bedeutet, aber unglaublich, selbst die speziellen Industrielager waren im Radladen vorhanden.

shops I’ve been to don’t) he’s unwilling to help which I found unbelievable!! very disappointing
