Die Fahrräder sind in einem schlechten Zustand gewesen. Wir konnten diese in der Filiale in Marina di Campo Austauschen, jedoch mussten wir teils der Kaution abzahlen weil wir aufgrund des schlechten Zustands der Fahrräder gestürzt sind (die Bremsen und Pneu waren durch). Ein Regelmäßiger Unterhalt, würde die Probleme reduzieren (und die Bewertungen verbessern) Danke trotzdem.

Worst car rental I have ever experienced. Because we took the economy class car, they gave us a 1980's piece of crap that was actually dangerous to drive, especially on the curvy and hilly Elba roads. The lights broke once on our way back at night, scariest moment of our life, with our 4 year old in the back. They are, on top, very dishonest in their response. They changed the car the day after, after we had to hear BS arguments abd had to yell at them. Run away from this company.

Nulla da eccepire su Aurora, ma.. munitevi di pazienza..30 minuti di attesa sotto il sole per il ritiro, noleggio per giorno intero, e un ora buttata. Non accettano pagamenti bancomat, e lo scopri solo dopo che gai fatto la coda.

Bike rental. Terrible communication. We could barely reach someone on a phone to organise bicycle return, my messages about it were ignored (until now). I didn’t know what was going on with the bike 2 days after it had to be picked up.
Discovered extra charge on my card, turned out that bike helmet costed 20€, lock 7€ extra. No one has told me about it when I was offered both. No receipt, no any notice - i only found out because my boyfriend managed to reach them on a phone.

2 stars because the person who delivered the bike was very nice and helpful.

Siamo tornati all'Elba per una mini vacanza e ci siamo serviti nuovamente da loro. Questa volta abbiamo noleggiato uno scooter (honda sh 125) che si e dimostrato perfetto per i nostri bisogni e soprattutto è stato comodissimo trovare il punto noleggio appena scesi dal traghetto. Prezzi leggermente sotto la media. Un grazie per la gentilezza e anche per averci consigliato un ottimo ristorante per la cena

Consigliatissimo, ho noleggiato uno scooter 125, perfetto e tenuto benissimo, ho trovato prezzi molto vantaggiosi rispetto alla concorrenza sull’isola.
La ragazza che mi ha accolto di nome Alina è stata gentilissima e super cordiale, oltre a servirmi e a noleggiarmi il mezzo mi ha dato anche ottimi consigli su dove cenare e locali dove passare le serate, oltre a consigliarmi le spiagge del posto che sono state molto molto apprezzate da me e la mia ragazza. Insomma se capitate all’Elba e avete bisogno di un mezzo per girare l’isola non potete che affidarmi a loro.

È la terza volta che ci rivolgiamo a loro per il noleggio di uno scooter.
Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, scooter perfetto, consegnato e ritirato in hotel all’ora prestabilita.
Stavolta, addirittura i caschi erano nuovi appena disimballati.
Tutto perfetto, così come è perfetto lo scooter per girare la splendida Isola d’Elba.

Mein Freund buchte online ein bestimmtes Rennrad Modell. Dieses wurde nach einigen Tagen bestätigt. Als wir ankamen, wurde ihm ein völlig anderes und schlechteres Modell angeboten. Man verstand kein Englisch und als die Mitarbeiterin vor Ort telefonisch jemanden erreichte, der Englisch verstand, wurden wir angeschrien von dem Mann.
Wir wollten, dass Elba4fun storniert und uns das Geld zurück erstattet, wurden aber nur an die Betreiber der Verleih Website verwiesen (ListnRide). Auch diese sind bisher nicht sehr hilfreich.
Das Geld haben wir bis jetzt nicht zurück.

Die Mitarbeiterin vor Ort sagte, dass das gebuchte Modell gar nicht geführt wurde, der Mann am Telefon gab an es sei kaputt. Wir haben das Gefühl, dass es sich hier um kalkulierten Betrug handelt und auf Grund der Verständigungsprobleme gehofft wird, dass man einknickt und sich mit dem nicht vorhandenen Service zu frieden gibt.

Bikes that we reserved were not available. After arriving with the boat we went to the point google told us to be because there is no adress on the site or email. Called the shop for help but they could not give us any adress on where to go because they "were not from around portoferraio".

They told us to go inside the eurospin and ask around where our bikes are.. while we are in no way familiar with Elba. And all this in very flawed english, they did not understand a word we said through the phone.

After searching for 30 minutes and ending up at the Eurospin we were done with this company and rented a scooter from an other local rent company that helped us in 5 minutes in perfect english!

Metto un bel 1!! Non posso nemmeno valutare le bici in quanto nemmeno le abbiamo viste. Prenotate 10gg prima per le ore 9 ci presentiamo al punto di noleggio e ci dicono che le bici sarebbero arrivate non prima delle 10.30. Ce ne siamo andati.

Bycicles are in very poor condition. Rusty, no head lights, no working back lights, no maintenance at all.
All that for high prices.
No communication no efforts to find acceptable solutions at all.
