We're also very pleased that you appreciated our new shipping system. After a lot of testing, we finally found the solution we were looking for. The protective bike bag keeps the bicycle safe during transport, and it takes just a few minutes to assemble the bike when it arrives and pack it again at the end of the rental. Our goal has always been to make the whole experience as simple and stress-free as possible.

We would like to clarify that the delivery and collection schedule is clearly stated in our rental terms and conditions. Bikes are delivered one day before the rental start date and collected the day after the rental end date. This service is designed to give customers maximum flexibility and ensure they can start their ride without delays. Had the rental conditions been reviewed in advance, this information would have been available.

Regarding the price, all rental rates are published transparently on our website before booking, allowing customers to compare options and choose the bicycle that best suits their needs and budget.

We are pleased to hear that the bike was in perfect condition and that you had no issues during your ride in Tuscany. We continuously invest in maintaining our fleet to the highest standards and appreciate your recognition of this aspect of our service.

We are glad to hear that the bike was delivered as agreed and that you found it in perfect condition.

Regarding the bike size, the frame provided was selected based on the measurements and information you supplied during the booking process, and it corresponds to Cannondale’s recommended sizing guidelines for those measurements.

Unfortunately, with modern road bikes it is often difficult to reproduce exactly the same fit as a customer’s personal bike. Due to the internal cable routing systems used on many current models, changing stem length or handlebar height is frequently very limited or sometimes not possible without major mechanical work.

In your case, the bike setup ended up slightly lower than your personal measurements. However, we chose this solution because the next frame size up would have resulted in a saddle height approximately 4 cm higher than the measurements you provided, which we considered a less suitable compromise.

Regarding communication, we are available both by email and by phone during office hours. Our phone number is clearly listed on our website, and we always replied to your emails (more than 20) promptly. Usually only a few emails are enough to complete a rental, but we would of course have been happy to assist further if needed.
