My experience with Bikeroom and Andrea Bergamini was great. I am completely new to bikes and Andrea guided me through all phases of buying my first bike and I can't recommend them enough. Also the bike arrived in a perfect package and the gifts were also appreciated. Kudos to Bikeroom team !
Great Customer Service, very responsive and helpful. Bike was shipped within a couple of days from ordering. The packaging was great - sturdy and reliable, much better than other shops and brands I've ordered from. And, the bike itself looks even better in person than on pictures! overall I am very happy with the shop and the service provided.

Auch bei mir kam ein bestelltes Produkt defekt an, dies musste anschliessend bei einem Fachhändler vor Ort repariert werden.
Die Garantiekosten wurden nicht übernommen trotz vorherigen Abklärungen.
Dazu kamen noch versteckte Kosten die bei der Bestellung als Kostenfrei galten wie: Porto und Zoll
Fazit:
Miserable Kundenbetreuung, Preise dienen nur als Lockvogelangebot unter dem Strich zahlen Sie mehr, Lieferzeit nicht gewährleistet.

I purchased a bike that came with a bent rear deraileur. Also, the front break didn’t work properly. There was no way to send them photos of a hydraulic system issue for their pre approval. So I had it fixed anyway. Maybe I could put more effort into producing the evidence. Some chf409 total cost which they refused to reimburse initially. But after some interaction on their initiative they did chip in chf150 which was kind enough at the end.
Also the fact is I had purchased basic assembly only so they didn’t have control of assembly and so required more evidence to avoid scamming. I’d recommend to have them assemble the bike ready to ride as then they can’t disclaim warranty.

Ich habe am 7. Juli ein Bike bestellt, mit voraussichtlichem Liefertermin bis 28. Juli. 1 Woche nichts gehört, nachgefragt, Info: wir warten auf Ihr Bike vom Großhändler. Bis 24.07 keinerlei Informationen zum Versand. innerhalb von 24 Stunden sollte ich komplett bezahlen und bis heute (03.08.) hab ich mein Geld nicht zurück, Storno ist 9 Tage her.
Angebot wirkt wie Kundenfängerei. Kein telefonische Erreichbarkeit, keine Antwort auf E-Mails.
Es ist einfach unglaublich, solch einen schlechten Kundenservice zu betreiben. Nächste Woche geht’s zum Anwalt.

I had a very disappointing experience purchasing a €10,000 bicycle from this shop. Initially, I was promised a DT Swiss 60mm wheelset, but later I was informed that this couldn’t be delivered and was offered a Shimano 60mm wheelset instead. While this wasn’t my first choice, I agreed. However, when the bike finally arrived, it had a Shimano 50mm wheelset, which was not what I had agreed to.
For two months, I’ve been exchanging endless emails with the seller, who refuses to swap the wheels. Instead, they offer me a €200 discount and suggest that I sell the brand-new wheelset myself. As a private seller, I would have to heavily discount them to make a sale, resulting in a significant financial loss and wasted time. This is simply unacceptable—I did not receive the product I ordered.
To make matters worse, I originally ordered a different color scheme for the bike, but after transferring the payment, I was informed that it was no longer available.
This entire experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I expected far better service and transparency when making such a high-value purchase. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.
