Great experience with Bikeroom!

I bought a Team pre owned bike from the Jayco AlUla team through them. It arrived within the delivery window, packaging was practically perfect, and the bike matched exactly what was shown in the photos on the site: same condition, no surprises. Concierge service was excellent too, made the whole purchase easy.

Highly recommend!

Ho ordinato una bicicletta ready-to-ride. Mi è arrivata con la forcella davanti un po danneggiata e con la catena mal messa (che è caduta al primo giretto). I tecnici di bikeroom son stati poco costruttivi , chiedendo prima fotografie impossibili (come si fa a dimostrare che una cosa è storta di qualche mm in foto?), filmini, documenti che il ciclista avrebbe dovuto scrivere a loro ... Il tutto per meno di 100 euro di riparazione!
Davvero non conoscono il sacro principio della proporzionalità. Peccato.

Terrible experience. I ordered an e-bike (CHF 2,000) with an expected delivery time of 10–15 days. After the delivery date passed, I was informed that the e-bike was not available. It later became clear that it was never actually in stock.

Instead, I was offered a “premium alternative” for an additional CHF 500, which I declined and requested a refund.

Getting the refund was very slow. Every step took around 3 working days, and multiple reminders were needed before receiving any response. There is no phone number or other direct way to contact them.

After 4 weeks, I finally received my money back, which is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1, as I had started to doubt I would get it refunded at all.

Stay away from this company. These guys list bikes which are not available, just to keep your money blocked.

Be aware no shipping costs are covered by bikeroom. You will have a few hundred of bucks to pay later. Absolutely not worth it. It's almost a scam to my opinion.

Je viens d'acheter un Colnago 1YRS et comme je voulais un équipement spécifique j'ai échangé beaucoup de mail avec Tommaso ...
J'ai toujours reçus des réponses clairs et precises et ceci dans des délais proche de la vitesse du son...😄🚀
J'ai vraiment été super bien servi en me rendant sur place chercher le vélo et les formalités douanières étaient clairs et aucun souci de ce côté là (je viens de Suisse)
J'hésitais entre un cadre L ou XL
Finalement j'ai pris un cadre L et en roulant une fois avec je me suis rendu compte qu'il était un peu trop petit.
Tommaso m'a gentiment proposé de revenir et de me remplacer le cadre L par un XL sans aucun frais...il n'était pas obligé de le faire..
Côté mécanicien on voit qu'ils ont la passion du vélo, travail propre et soigné.
Voilà une excellente adresse que je peux que conseiller..

I had a very disappointing experience with Bike Room. I transferred a large sum of money for a bike, only to be told afterward that it wasn't in stock after all. They didn't even respond to the email I sent afterward. That was my first and last dealings with this company.
