Hired a BH bike from the shop for a ride whilst on holiday. Staff were happy to help me with the help of Meta live translation and Google translate. They delivered the bike the evening before the ride and picked it up the following afternoon. On both occasions very punctual. The lady who delivered my bike even suggested the best place for me to go riding where the roads would be quiet. And she was right, quiet roads for the area and stunning views over the bay on the way up to Monte Faito.

Ignore the lady who tried to exchange a jersey from across the pond (???) - this shop rocks. I work at one of the biggest bike shop brands on planet earth and these guys 100% deserve your business. The place is great and is run by real professionals who take their jobs seriously. Went in and asked for a flat repair kit, they put it together for me - even double checking I didn’t need a tubeless kit before putting it together and ringing me out. Then, the real magic happened. I went and tried to set off on a ride with a rental bike that I regretfully didn’t rent with them, and when I realized the bike was in a shambles, I went straight to them and they did a cable reset and set all the limits in under 10 minutes. Not to mention, they even got my front axle to stop making a really suspect noise… The bike shifted great through all 22 gears (and I used them ALL on the local climb), even despite the chain being past .75 and the entire drivetrain being coated in probably a kilo of hardened grease. If you’re in Sorrento and need a repair, rental, or even a new bike - look no further. They’re fantastic and they don’t give any of that “pretentious bike shop” vibe. Thanks so much to the boys there and I WILL be back. Excellent shop.
