Me an my friends rented ebikes from e-bike Lago d`orta end of september. Easy booking and the bikes where ready to go when we arrived. Tommaso was nice and also helped out to load the gpx-file so we could ride the nice tour Tre montagnette. If you want a really nice experience with e-bike and nice view over lago d`orta and lago maggiore I can really recommend E-bike Lago D’Orta.

We rented e-mountainbikes for two adults and three children for four consecutive days—no issues with the equipment, which was new and well-maintained.

But the five stars and big thanks are for Tommaso's friendly, helpful and invaluable service.

He made sure both the equipment and routes were the perfect fit.

He was very generous with his local knowledge. Although we ventured out on our own, he planned just the right route for us each day. The GPX files he sent were custom-fit to our family's skills and ambitions, providing the perfect progression of challenges throughout the week. We saw so many beautiful forests, meadows, rivers, abandoned hamlets, and sweeping views over the lakes. All the while having a blast on flowing singletrack trails. (I had spent time on Komoot before the trip, planning my own routes based on map details. But those would have taken us to trouble on trails in bad condition during the October low season.)

Tommaso also noted how confidently our youngest rider rode the correctly sized kids' hardtail eMTB on the first day. He then upgraded him to a full-suspension bike that was a little big for him, but allowed him to ride steeper ascents and faster on the way down.

In giro in ebike con la guida Domenico assieme a mia moglie con due ebike messe a puntino dal proprietario Tommaso....uahuuu....paesaggi mozzafiato, competenza e simpatia sia della guida, sia del noleggiatore, il lago D'Orta dovunque, in ogni scorcio, in ogni salita e discesa...che dire...se vi trovate da queste parti, oltre ad una bella vista ed eventualmente una bella cena nel 3 stelle Michelin dello chef Cannavacciuolo, non perdetevi assolutamente un giro in ebike...affidatevi a Tommaso ed a Domenico...non ve ne pentirete...

Esperienza eccezionale da E-bike! Le bici sono in condizioni perfette, comode e adatte a ogni tipo di percorso. Il personale è super gentile, disponibile e pronto a dare ottimi consigli su itinerari e percorsi panoramici da esplorare.
Il processo di noleggio è stato semplice e veloce. Si vede che c’è passione e cura in quello che fanno. Un modo perfetto per scoprire la zona in modo sostenibile e divertente.
Consigliatissimo a chiunque voglia vivere una giornata attiva all’aria aperta! 🚴‍♂️🌿

Bijzonder fijne ervaring.

De twee degelijke e-city bikes die we eerder hadden gereserveerd, stonden om 10:00 uur al mooi klaar voor onze dagtrip. Dat ook de helm, fietstassen en het slot in de prijs zijn inbegrepen, is handig. Tomasso gaf ons wat advies over de fiets, en de route die we wilden fietsen (rond het meer). Hij stuurde ons een gpx-bestand met een uitgestippelde route, en legde uit hoe ik die op mijn smartphone kon gebruiken. Tomasso zorgde zelfs voor dat ik de smartphone veilig op de fiets kon monteren. Dat liep allemaal heel vlot.

De aangeboden route is trouwens een absolute aanrader, met een mooie afwisseling langs verschillende dorpen, door het bos, langs de oever van het meer, tot in de heuvels. Zoveel als mogelijk kom je langs rustige wegen (die ik zonder gpx-bestand nooit zelf zou gevonden hebben). We hebben ruim de tijd genomen om rustig te fietsen, te genieten, te fotograferen en uitgebreid te lunchen. In totaal zijn we tussen de vijf en zes uur onderweg geweest voor deze tour van ca. 45km.

Der Verleih ist zwar klein, aber man findet das richtige Bike und Tommaso ist sehr bemüht. Wir haben uns für normale MTBs entschieden, die beide top gepflegt waren und einwandfrei funktioniert haben. Seine Tipps für Fahrten in den beiden Leih-Tagen waren prima. Insgesamt ein sehr positives und nettes Erlebnis als Kunde, mit 2 Tagen, nach unseren Wünschen. Unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Fantastica esperienza. Tommaso è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Abbiamo affittato le e-bike per l'intera giornata e fatto due bellissimi giri,uno tra i paesini vista lago e uno che costeggia la parte inferiore del lago,con rientro in battello. Grazie alle tracce GPS forniteci da Tommaso è stato semplice e piacevole seguire il percorso. Ci torneremo appena possibile!

Hele goede en fijne plek om je e-bike te huren. Tommaso is heel aardig, legt alles goed uit en heeft zelfs leuke routes paraat om van het Orta meer en omgeving te genieten.

Duidelijk, vriendelijk, snelle service, fijne fietsen die lange batterijduur hebben, en goede prijzen zorgen voor een geweldige ervaring!

Abbiamo passato un bellissimo pomeriggio, panorama fantastico e variegato. Le bici sono in ottimo stato, come scrivono arrivi parcheggi(area interna cortile noleggio) e parti con la tua e-bike. Ci è stato consigliato un itinerario che andava bene per noi principianti, 21/22km fatti con molta tranquillità. Scaricata app per leggere file .gpx con il percorso, accessorio porta smartphone fornito dal noleggio, itinerario aperto e si parte. Buon divertimento 😎👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻super consigliato 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
