Wow! We can’t recommend enough! We had the most amazing day e-biking from Spello to Assisi, through olive oil fields and past vineyards. The staff were so friendly and helpful! You have to do this when in Spello!!! Thanks again. 🙏🏼😍

We are two 60-something women. We contacted Umbrian ebikes for a guided tour and were not disappointed. Our guide was Piero and he guided us into the hills of Umbria near Spello for one of the best days I’ve ever had in travel. Piero was very attentive to safety, telling us about history and just making sure we enjoyed the day. I would do this again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend going with a guide, and Piero in particular. With a guide, you stay off the main roads and really get a taste of real Umbria. The bikes are fantastic. Yes, you have to pedal, but the bikes give a huge assist. It was a spectacular experience!

Abbiamo noleggiato due ebike per andare ad Assisi, abbiamo percorso la Via degli Ulivi una strada molto bella che parte da Spello, lo scenario strepitoso, le bici super funzionali senza di loro non ce l'avremmo fatta. Che dire una bellissima esperienza che consiglio a tutti...grazie ad Andrea, il ragazzo che ci ha fornito le bici, per essere stato così disponibile ed efficiente....ed inoltre vi consiglio di andare a mangiare sempre a Spello l'Enoteca Propezio si mangia veramente bene piatti tipici umbri

Hmmm...the bicycles do what they are supposed to - entertain tourists. But should the power suddenly stop, you must know how to reset the battery so you can get going again. Next, if you should get a flat tire, as I did 8 km from Assisi in the hills, make sure you have basic Italian skills to ask the locals for the tire levers that you will need to change the tube. The rental company does not provide the information nor the tools.

My team and I were very surprised to learn this morning that you had some issues with your wheel and you did not inform us: as anticipated at the beginning of your rental we always provide full assistance on our bikes, I gave you personally my mobile and not just the official business numbers to be in touch in case of emergency. Something not expected can always occur during an e-bike trip that is why we always give the assistance numbers for emergency. I wrote the numbers on the copy of your contracts but you never used it. We just learned from the problem this morning and you replied very upset: you could have asked for questions on the phone at any time and we would have run to you quickly yesterday like we typically do or also ask questions to your doubts at the initial briefing explanation when we gave you the bikes the very first day. We never got your news from you so we thought everything was perfectly fine with your rental. By the way batteries are all perfectly working (we check each bike carefully before they leave every time) and on the phone we would have solved also this easily like for example bringing you a new bike/battery in substitution. We gave you also the inner tubes and you should have told you are not good at changing them but again if calling us,we would have done it for you in few minutes.

We found very unfair the way you acted at the end of your trip (also writing immediately the first bad comment ever about our service on Google, and this before the return of the bikes themselves!) because we are professional and our rentals are legal and controlled like no others. There is no bike resistant for life even when very expensive like ours but we are here to provide a service, this is what we are famous for in Umbria. Our best way to solve these small matters in a vacation is to be called for assistance as we are always ready and flexible for our customers. This is how we are used to work and we tried with you too, sorry because you did not get it.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene con le bici elettriche prese a Spello. Ci ha servito Donatella che è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. Essendo Spello, e tutti quelli circostanti, paesini con molte salite la bici elettrica è stata davvero d'aiuto per non arrivare sfatti a fine giornata. Qualche volta mi è capitato di vedere che non "funzionava" la pedalata assistita, (forse avevo preso una buca) basta togliere la batteria e rimetterla spingendo bene e funziona benissimo e forse non capita con tutte le bici
