Daniele provided our bikes for a ride from Pisa to Florence over 5 days through Saddle Skedaddle.
He couldn't have been more helpful, gotvou all set up and away on our adventure. Bikes were well equipped and in good order, 1 standard, 1ebike.
Would definitely recommend if you are in the area and need friendly wheels!

We rented bikes and full backpacking bags for the 2026 Tuscany Trail. Daniele delivered bikes to us locally in Pisa, in top notch condition and made any final adjustments we asked of him. 5 days and 450km of gravel and the only problem we had was 1 puncture.
Good bike, good equipment and great service.
Highly recommend.

We rented 2 Vespas here, for a 7 day tour of the wider Cinque Terre area at the end of May. The Vespas we received were nearly new, spotless, and ran perfectly. While booking via email was a bit unclear, their friendly service and super helpful WhatsApp communication completely made up for it. We skipped the delivery service and handled the pickup and drop-off ourselves at their garage; it is less than half an hour from the Pisa center and very easy to reach using the 190 bus line from the central train station. Everything went exactly as agreed, and the final checkout was quick—just a fast inspection, and since we had no damages, we were good to go (though a signed completion receipt would have been a nice bonus touch). To top it off, they had one of the lowest prices in the area with zero surprise fees at the end. Highly recommended.

Huge shout out to Daniele at ECORENT who helped me get my bike frame repaired after it was broken by the airline. Our tour guide worked with Daniele to get my bike repaired as he had all the connections and was my interpreter through the whole process. He also helped with transporting my bike. Daniele is a great guy! Thanks, Daniele.

We will be back in Lucca in a few weeks and will rent an e-bike from ECORENT for my wife when we return.

We rented 2 bikes in for 2 weeks in Verragio, Excellent. Drop off and pick up’s were on time and the giant revolt bikes were in excellent condition. Good communication. Also in the weeks before the holiday Daniele asked us to supply detailed info of our bike measurements so when the bikes were delivered they were the correct fit , almost exactly as our bikes back home.

We rented two Giant Revolt gravel bikes with packs for a multiday bike packing tour of Tuscany. They were well set up and maintained and without fault for the whole trip. Booking is essential as I believe that there isn't a constant presence at this address, but Daniele offers a delivery and collection service which works well.
