Buongiorno, ho acquistato una e-bike ricondizionata mod. Raymon ed il personale del negozio in Via Buozzi, Bolzano, si è dimostrato cordiale, disponibile e soprattutto altamente preparato professionalmente; sono riusciti a soddisfare ampiamente ogni mia esigenza e richiesta. Meccanicamente la ebike è stata curata al meglio nei minimi dettagli. Anche gli aspetti contrattuali della vendita sono stati eseguiti nel breve tempo possibile con un servizio impeccabile. Consiglio vivamente. Complimenti allo staff del negozio di via Buozzi, Bolzano. Bravi.

Meine Erfahrung an diesem Ort war sehr schlecht. Das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter war unhöflich, und ihre Art, auf Fragen zu antworten, war scharf und unprofessionell. Als ich etwas nachfragen wollte, wurde ich unfreundlich und respektlos behandelt. Es ist enttäuschend, dass der Service auf so einem niedrigen Niveau ist – besonders im Vergleich zu anderen Geschäften in der Nähe, wo man als Kunde mit Respekt und Freundlichkeit behandelt wird. Ich kann diesen Ort nicht empfehlen, solange sich der Umgangston nicht deutlich verbessert.

Die E-Bikes waren in Top-Zustand und der Vermieter freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Er half uns bei der lokalen Start-Orientierung zur gewählten Route. Die Preise waren sehr fair und die Vertragsabwicklung unkompliziert.

Wir 2 Mädels hatten ein technisches Problem mit einem ausgeliehenen E-Bike von unserem Hotel in Brixen. Das Hinterrad blockierte und es war keine Weiterfahrt möglich.
Papin am Bahnhof Bozen hat uns umgehend geholfen. Unkompliziert, unbürokratisch, fachlich kompetent und sehr, sehr freundlich.
Dank Papin konnten wir unsere Fahrt zum Kalterer See fortsetzen.

Wir (Vater + 2 Söhne) benötigten für 1 Woche ein extragroßes e-Mountainbike für meine Sohn (198 cm). Die Kollegen haben uns super und auch sehr ausgiebig beraten. Da zunächst nur eine XL-Größe vorhanden war, sind wir am ersten Tag mit diesem Rad gestartet. In der Zwischenzeit haben die Kollegen aus den Filialen in Südtirol eine XXL-Version besorgt und uns hartnäckig zurückgerufen (da wegen Radtour schwer erreichbar). Wir
konnten dann ganz unkompliziert XL gegen XXL tauschen. Ein wirklich beispielhaftes kundenfreundliches Verhalten. Vorbildlich und herzlichen Dank an die Papin.Mitarbeiter :-).

Devo purtroppo discostarmi dalle opinioni comuni che vedono il personale "altamente cordiale e qualificato". Mi sono rivolta a Papin a Bolzano, per un noleggio di due e-bike e, mi duole annunciarlo, non sono stata considerata per più di mezz'ora,perché il ragazzo dietro al banco non era in grado di darmi indicazioni e il tanto osannato Manfred, chiamato più volte al bancone, era impegnato al cellulare per questioni personali e occupato a sistemare la sua macchina, anziché servire i clienti.
Brutto episodio, tanta Maleducazione e menefreghismo.

As the guide of my group I rented 10 bikes for the day in Bolzano. The day before the rental I shows up at the shop to make sure everything was a-OK and confirmed. Several kids working there couldn’t find my reservation and basically ignored me and dismissed me. One star for them. Then came Werner, a gentleman that also worked at the shop. He noticed my desperation and asked me ‘how can I help’….‘don’t worry, we’ll figure it out’. He made calls, got on his phone, computer, and somehow, someway he found my reservation. The next day he was at the shop early taking care of us, taking care of our every need. Very long story, sad start, happy ending thanks to an employee that cared. Werner, if you’re not the owner of Papin, you should be! Best customer service I’ve had in all of Italy in my many years of visiting. 100 stars for you! 0 stars for the business and the rest of the employees there.

We rented MTB's for a family ride to Merano. The bikes are a bit dated but fine and in line with the price you pay (including helmets and lock). After the ride we received a complimentary cold bottle of water. So we were helped by a really friendly employer!

Bon et rapide contact mail avec le magasin. Un des deux magasins
( celui avec un service maintenance ) est tout près de la gare Bolzano Sud ! Le responsable est charmant et parle anglais et vous indique le chemin ideal. Top service et vélo ! 45€ pour un e-bike de ville pour dame avec casque et très bon matériel en parfait état ! Piste cyclables de rêves vers le lac Caldaro avec 2 cafés resto charmants sur la route .

Super friendly! Well-maintained bikes for a reasonable price. I even got a free bottle of water and directions :-)
It's in a bit of an industrial location (near Fercam and the trade fair) but the bike path is right outside and you can reach the river safely and easily.
Close to the train station but trains don't run so often on this route. If you're staying downtown, taking the bus might be easier - it takes less than 20 mins.
