The woman who worked the store was nice enough, even if a little short. The bikes were good, albeit the heavier models of fully e-bike. This is not a negative, just something to be aware of depending on what you might be looking for. The issue came when we wanted to return the bikes. The store appeared to be closed, lights off and nobody inside (that we could see). So we called the number on the door to see if someone could come open up. The man who answered, apparently the owner, was rude and difficult and lied about having his employees phone number. In the end, the drop off was fine, the woman working the shop was in the back apparently. Overall the owner is too rude and difficult for it to be worth renting from this shop. There are many other options in Brixen to rent bikes and I highly recommend avoiding this place. Give your hard earned money to someone who appreciates it and treats customers with respect.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, although we are sorry to read your negative review. We spoke with our team to try to understand what happened, but unfortunately we could not find your name in our records and it’s unclear who the gentleman you spoke with was — he was not the owner.

Our rental shop is usually open during the stated hours, although there may be times when our colleague is in the back of the store for operational reasons. If this caused any confusion or inconvenience, we sincerely apologize.

In any case, we’d appreciate it if you could consider revising your 1-star review, especially since you mentioned the bikes were good (we have KTM models, and of course e-bikes are a bit heavier) and our colleague at the shop was polite.

We truly hope you might give us another chance in the future.

Wir haben extra vorab angerufen und mitgeteilt, dass wir recht knapp vor der Mittagspause eintreffen werden und ob wir trotzdem noch ein Fahrrad leihen können. Wir standen dann um Punkt 12:00 vor verschlossenem Laden. Schade irgendwie, wir hatten auf besseren Service und etwas Entgegenkommen gehofft.

Staff was not friendly but still helped us with an ebike rental which allowed us to see some amazing scenery so it’s not like I regret renting from here.

However, after riding over 40 km away from the shop, on our way back the chain snapped on one of our bikes. We called to let them know and they forwarded us to some kind of service company that could come help. They mentioned they were very far from us and it could take some time to arrive but we were already close to their closing time and had to make it back asap.

Fortunately, a bike shop in the town we were stuck at was able to repair our bike (a shop right next to the station in Rio De Pusteria, Mülbach… maybe go there instead?)

We made it back to Südtirol right at closing and I honestly thought after explaining the situation, the cost of the repair, and the train tickets we had to buy to make it back, that we would maybe receive some kind of partial refund or at least a “sorry” but nope. None of that.

I mean, after spending $90 on two bikes for the day, you’d figure you’d get some better service but nope.

Hatten während unserer Fahrradtour Problem mit Freilauf am Hinterrad. Uns wurde am nächsten Tag Hilfe zugesichert. Hatten Mittags Reparaturtermin, 2 Stunden später konnten wir bereits weiterfahren. Danke nochmal an das tolle Team. Ihr seid super!

Ho preso in noleggio la prima e la seconda volta biciclette XXL nuovissime e comode ad ogni percorso prezzi economici compreso il casco con un costo aggiuntivo la signora accogliente e molto disponibile consiglio ne vale la pena 👍

- Räder waren in Ordnung - jedoch nicht bestens gewartet. Die beiden höchsten Gänge haben z.b. immer "geknackt" und könnten deshalb nicht verwendet werden. Und das bei 4 von 5 Rädern....

Schnell und umkompliziert. Top E-bike für 39€/Tag. Es werden ebenfalls Helm, Schloss,... mitgegeben. Die Rückgabe war ebenfall unkompliziert und binnen 30 Sekunden erledigt. Ein leicht schmutziges Fahrrad wurde überhaupt nicht angesprochen. TOP!

Ci hanno affittato 3 semplici bici da città a 15 euro x 3 ore, senza farci scegliere tra i vari modelli.Risultato 45 euro per una piccola pedalata mi è sembrato un furto.Simpatia zero...😑

Il listino prezzi è disponibile online e può essere consultato in anticipo con la massima trasparenza. Su questa categoria di bici siamo peraltro più economici degli altri noleggi. Disponiamo di diversi modelli, prenotando online con anticipo di almeno 48 ore è possibile richiedere modelli specifici.
