Bei einer Downhill-Fahrt hat ein Stein meine hintere Bremsscheibe verbogen. Gasko in Seis wurde mir vom Hotel empfohlen und es hat sich gelohnt. Rad am Freitag Nachmittag gebracht und mit reparierter Bremsscheibe am Sa Morgen abgeholt. Fairer Kurs (30€)für die fixe und gute Reparatur. Dankeschön.

I don't recommend. After emailing Gasko several days in advance about our fitness levels, heights, weights and ages, in the end, we were carelessly outfitted by a very-young staff member with bikes that neither fit us, nor were appropriate for our needs. I think they wanted to put us on their top-of-the-line equipment (so they could charge us top-dollar), even though they were not the right bikes for us. The staff member never came outside to check the fit, and put two 60-year old ladies on bikes with racing seats. (I noticed nearby Sport Hans was offering comfort, padded seats and I desperately wished we had rented with them, instead!) It was a miserable ride on bikes that were too small for us, with seats that made our glutes go numb. I would give two stars, except that our guide, Stephan, (who Gasko arranged for us), was exceptional.

Had a tremendous time: bikes worked great, service was informative and courteous. The staff spent appropriate time explaining how to use the e-bikes properly. Would rent again!

Very unprofessional and disorganized. I made a reservation for a bike the day before, then waited 15 minutes in line after being told they had my bike ready to go. Then they came back out and said we no longer have bikes for you. No apologies offered. I haven’t met more unprofessional, rude, and disorganized people in my life. Not recommended.

Makkelijk een mountainbike huren en of fietskleding aanschaffen, je wordt netjes geholpen en bij een vraag over routes inde omgeving krijg je de juiste info.
