Mejor imposible. Corvara no me atraía especialmente, pero decidimos quedarnos unos días en el pueblo ya que era la única tienda en la Sella Ronda que ofrecía ebikes de carretera (super recomendable la Turbo Creo sl, rutas de 2.700 de desnivel y todavía con autonomía para más).

Qué gran acierto haber dado con Break Out, las 5 estrellas más allá del material y productos top que oferta la tienda (te puedes alquilar desde una bici básica hasta una Sworks sl7) , tienen que ver con el servicio y trato al cliente. Cuando estaba esperando a que nos atendiesen, viendo el trato y comprensión que daban a ciclistas con problemas mecánicos en sus propias bicis y que pararaban allí en busca de ayuda, sabía que habíamos acertado.

Se paran contigo en el ajuste de tu bici, te hacen sentir cómodo, tienes todo tipo de complementos en caso de que te hayas olvidado algo (Castelli, Kask, Asos... todo material top) , el pueblo no estaba especialmente concurrido pero la tienda siempre tenía gente.

Si no quieres pelear con tu bici en el avión, sí, créeme, hay una tienda donde puedes alquilar una bici incluso mejor que la tuya, donde te pondrán tus medidas del biomecanico, y donde además encontrarás un trato incluso mejor que en tu tienda habitual donde te dejas miles de euros.

We hired bikes here as a group of 5 and had an amazing experience. Ivo and the team were super communicative beforehand about our requirements and also gave us good advice on our route. The bikes themselves were so good - high spec and in very good condition. Also a reasonable price.
We even got offered a round of grappa when we returned! I’d 100 percent come back here to rent bikes

Esperienza molto deludente.
Ho noleggiato una bici e ho trovato un approccio poco professionale e poco cortese. Qualsiasi accessorio (casco, pedali, ecc.) era a pagamento extra, senza alcuna flessibilità. Alla mia osservazione sui costi, la risposta è stata arrogante e poco rispettosa, con commenti personali fuori luogo.
Durante l’uscita la bici ha avuto una foratura e ho riscontrato che il sistema di gonfiaggio fornito non funzionava; solo dopo la mia insistenza è stato verificato e confermato il guasto.
Un noleggio di qualità non si misura solo dalla bici, ma soprattutto dal rispetto e dall’attenzione verso il cliente. Purtroppo, in questo caso, sono mancati entrambi.

Rented a bike from BreakOut sport and it was fantastic! The bike was in good quality and the shop helped me find good routes away from the more commonly ridden roads. During the middle of the rental I brought in the bike to adjust the saddle height and reapply chain lube and they were very helpful with this. I'd highly recommend to anyone!

The service and quality of this place is outstanding. My mountain bike needed an emergency brake bleed when I arrived in Corvara. They did it for me first thing in the morning and I was good to go for the day. I also rented an S-works SL8 from them later in the week which was in perfect condition and I had an amazing 4 days on it. I highly recommend this shop.

I hired an SL7 Tarmac for 3 days. The bike was great, well maintained and perfect for the Dolomites. BreakOut were great to deal with, good communication by email and very accommodating when i forgot to bring my own pedals! Thanks, I would definitely recommend.

Rented 2 push MTBs for 10 days of point to point hut trip. Bikes were in good shape and properly equipped- smaller chainrings and beefy tires that worked well in rocky terrain. Gave us spares that we didn’t need. Nothing broke in 18k meters of mixed descending. Would recommend this shop for sure!

Disappointing experience.
The rental process was quick, but the bike had a mechanical issue - chain rubbed badly and seized in low gear. I mentioned it when returning the bike and was told (loudly, in front of others) that I just didn’t know how to ride. I’ve rented many bikes before and know what a functional one feels like. Being publicly dismissed and spoken down to was uncomfortable and unnecessary. Just a heads-up: if there’s a problem, don’t expect a respectful conversation.

We rented 4 E-MTBs and everything was perfect. We managed a 60km ride with 2500m elevation gain with them (but came back with 0% battery). Also did the Sellaronda and some downhill trails with the same bikes. Everything was great!

We reserved our biking spots with Ivo at Breakout sports for Sellaronda day. He sorted out both me and my wife with our bikes and helmets.
Now why would I give 7 stars to them? We forgot our cash at the hotel, he managed to take care of our purchases online and at the end - we needed a pickup 15 mins away and he himself drove and picked us up. A top tier gentleman and he’s also a ski instructor. They know their stuff about bikes and skis inside out. 1000% recommend.

Pro shop with excellent service and rental equipment. Rented a Specialized Aethos (full Dura-Ace) for 10 days. Was in perfect condition and a great rental. Owner Ivo was super responsive to my questions in advance of my arriving in Italy. Additionally, was very flexible and for a reasonable charge I was able to arrange an alternative drop off location for the return. Thanks!!

I was in desperate need of a good bike shop with full range of top quality products due to airline losing my entire cycling kit/gear bag at start of 2 week bike holiday. This shop saved me! For such a small shop I was amazed by their selection and superior service. I'm from an allegedly bike friendly USA city and love my local options but have to admit, BreakOut beats them all.
