We were very satisfied with the service this winter (snowboard lessons). We decided to come back to Ortisei to try mountain bike.
It was perfect, we booked private’s tours with Simon, the scenery was awesome, we always felt safe even though we are beginners and we learned a lot about the region.

I would like to recommend a mountain bike school in Ortisei, Dolomites, Italy. We are a group of riders who came to ride around the Sellarnoda for 5 days. The school's service was very kind and incredibly professional. We received new, well-maintained electric mountain bikes, large battery, 750 watt Bosch motor, version 4. The instructors were super great. They adapted the riding to the nature of the group. These were 5 great days, a paradise for cyclists.

The best way to see the Dolomites! If you like to mountain bike in epic scenery, I cannot recommend this enough. Their staff was super friendly and helped us find the best rental option. Can't wait to go back.

Ci me sempre scuola organizzata benissimo, corsi condotti da maestri professionali ma sempre in modo adatto all’età dei ragazzi. Massima correttezza nella gestione imprevista unica pecca è l’aggregazione dei ragazzi . Mio figlio di 14 anni con 5 bambini di massimo 9anni si poteva trovare una soluzione adeguata al gap d’età dei ragazzi.
Per il resto sono i migliori sia d’estate che d’inverno!

We had a fun day with our guide and some great bikes .
Personally I found the booking system from the tourist office somewhat tricky . It was hard to figure out which trip would be best for us. We went into the tourist information in the end to find out which shop we had to go to and they helped us all very well .
For lunch I would’ve preferred a less crowded spot .
The guide does adjust to the level of the cyclists .

We went mountain biking with Lukas from MTB and had an outstanding time. Our group had lots of questions for Lukas who is a local and added a lot of local information about the mountains, the history of civilization in the area. We are not seasoned bikers and he was great reading the group and adjusting our route during our full day excursion. We toured Suis plateau.

Had a pleasant experience dealing with Simon C. and his colleagues. He was friendly and patient in answering our questions as we had never used an e-bike before. His colleagues also took the time to teach a member of our group when he noticed her struggling on the road. We were only charged 3h when we spent 3h20mins. Would highly recommend.

The staff was kind and welcoming, but the overall experience was very disappointing. We were given unclear and unhelpful directions for the MTB route. The person at the shop told us that our route (298a) would be clearly marked on big signs, but after spending most of the day riding on the road because we couldn’t find the trail, he later admitted it was actually written only on a small metal plate hidden behind the posts.

We were also told we could call their phone number if we had any issues, but they failed to mention that you need a local SIM card to do so, and they don’t provide a WhatsApp number either.

At €64 per person for only three hours, it turned out to be one of the most frustrating biking experiences I’ve ever had. The views at the top were beautiful, but overall not worth the price. As a gesture of goodwill, they could have at least offered a free guided ride to make up for the poor experience.

This is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Benjamin took my husband and I up to Seceda. We went in May so the cable car wasn’t open and I didn’t think I’d get to visit this mountain, however, he made that dream come true. It was such a beautiful experience and quite challenging! Benjamin was extremely helpful and had so many cool stories and was full of info about the area. We had a fabulous time and were absolutely exhausted afterwards!

We spent an unforgettable week mountain biking in the Dolomites, and our experience was truly exceptional thanks to the amazing bike school we chose. From the very beginning, everything was well-organized – the guidance, local knowledge, and route planning made our rides enjoyable, safe, and perfectly suited to our level.
Avi Mor from Israel planned and accompanied the entire trip with the school team from start to finish, even from back home. He took care of every detail — from the route itself to the perfect coordination on the ground. Thanks to him, we enjoyed a flawlessly organized, smooth, and meaningful experience.

The instructors were incredibly patient, professional, and helpful, always with a smile and a positive attitude. They showed us hidden gems we would have never discovered on our own and helped us improve our biking skills throughout the week.

Highly recommended for all cycling enthusiasts – whether you’re a beginner or an experienced rider!

We completed an E-bike tour of alpe di suisi with Lukas from MBT. Lukas was absolutely amazing! He was patient and so very helpful and understanding when my medical condition flared halfway during the trip. He went above and beyond to make sure our whole group made it down the mountain safely, and we all had a great time doing it! He also told the history of the area, the food, and made recommendations for food stops around town (which were all delicious). I could not recommend MBT, but especially Lukas, enough! By far one of our favorite experiences in Ortisei!!

Absolutely friendly and great service. Alex welcomed us and we rented two perfect bikes with a suspension upgrade, as they didn't have simple ones, which tells a lot about customer care. The process was super simple and fast. Location is great, if you'd like to go up to Seceda you're right at the funivia, if you'd like to bike along the old train path you're on it and there's a tunnel with escalators so you can take the bike down to the city center level or back up there easily. Also the shop has many different items for biking, cool shirts and fairly priced. On the way back another person (sorry we didn't get the name) was also super friendly and they spoke perfect English/italian. We'll be back for sure 👍

Ho comprato una ebike giant ex noleggio da loro. Sono anni che, sia per lavoro che per passione ho a che fare con molti negozio/rivenditori. Non ho mai avuto un esperienza cosi positiva , questo negozio, nella persona di Simon, è stato estremamente gentile, professionale e ha reso la compravendita un vero piacere. La bici mi è stata venduta completamente revisionata di ogni parte di usura ad un prezzo già estremamente competitivo. Abbiamo avuto un problema su un componente e il negozio si è movimenta SUBITO per farmene avere uno nuovo spedito a casa. La gestione di questa attività dovrebbe essere un esempio per tutti i commercianti. Bravi ragazzi andate aventi cosi. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.
