La mejor tienda para alquilar bicis del valle. Con bicis Specialized (Stumpjumper, Levo, Enduro, Tarmac, Chisel...) del año en curso, perfectamente puestas a punto. Y vale casi como el resto. Mejor reservar.
Hacen rutas guiadas, todos los niveles. El guia es caro (60€ por ruta) y no dan nada (ni forfait, ni comida), pero es un rutón (nosotros cogimos una de enduro potente y fue un rutón de lo más).
También es tienda top, todo gama alta. Servicio perfecto.
Además es la tienda oficial de la Sellaronda Hero. Pero si quieres el maillot oficial, tendrás que ganártelo, porque no lo venden.

Dopo una giornata noleggiando le due bici (taglia M e L) della Specialized, io e mia sorella Nicole siamo rimasti molto contenti e soddisfatti.

While riding in the Val Gardena area, I had an issue with a rental bike from a shop located over an hour away by car. After about 3 hours of riding, the shifter got stuck and I urgently needed help to get back to the town I was staying in.

I visited two other bike shops in Selva, but neither of them even attempted to fix the problem. Thankfully, I found Dolomites Adventures. The staff there took the time to carefully inspect the bike, and within just 3 minutes, they had it working perfectly—and didn’t even charge me.

If ever stay in the area in the future, I’ll definitely do business with this shop. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience with this shop. They had new and nicely maintained Stumpjumpers available and were also knowledgeable about the Sellaronda route and gave us some tips on it. We did get some flats on the ride and ended up returning the bikes later than planned, but Cristina was super understanding via text and we were able to get the bikes back. They did not charge us for getting the bikes back later than planned, which we appreciated. Would return again

Hai registrato il cambio in modo perfetto, i freni con dischi nuovi sono spaziali, i copertoni perfettii, la forcella reattiva e performante! Dopo aver contattato telefonicamente il punto vendita ed essermi fatto consigliare da David...ho affittato la ebike x mia moglie che mi accompagnasse nel Sellaronda bike day di oggi. La pedalata è durata 4 ore e ci voleva proprio una batteria da 700w
Consiglio di sottolineare che la batteria sotto un certo valore di carica va automaticamente in risparmio energetico (almeno è quello che ha riferito mia moglie) in modo da fermarsi a ricaricarla prima di fare l'ultimo passo per continuare a farsi aiutare da questo bellissimo mezzo.

Highly recommend this shop for bike rental.
They swapped the back brake to the left on two e-bikes the evening before renting.
Very helpful in store, the bikes were set up well and worked faultlessly all day.

Iedereen die er werkt is heel aardig en denkt goed mee. We kwamen rond 12/1 aan en kregen het tarief voor een halve dag. Daarnaast hoefde je hier niet te betalen voor je helm of voor een slot. De fietsen hebben ze elk seizoen nieuw dus ze zijn in fantastische staat en erg fijn. De beste fiets verhuur van selva!!

This shop has good stock and hire equipment. One staff member ( a short snowboarder guy with an attitude) was unbelievably rude from the outset and then again when I asked for a binding adjustment. This was a standout as during our stay in Selva everyone else was friendly and helpful.I thought it was maybe just me and a clash of personality but he behaved the same way to another of our party and when we mentioned it to others they knew exactly who we were talking about!
We used this business as an Ingram’s partner but we could have hired similar stuff at a similar price almost anywhere. Poor service equals poor business and it wouldn’t go back.

Reasonable prices if you place your order ahead of time.

They are closed for lunch from 12 to 2:30 pm

Volevo ringraziare Simon e tutto lo staff del negozio Dolomiti Adventures per aver rimediato alla rottura del cerchio della bici il giorno prima della gara in maniera estremamente veloce, professionale e cordiale. La prossima volta che passerò da Selva di Val Gardena non esiteró di fermarmi e ringraziarvi. Un consiglio! Visitate il negozio perché merita!

Very rude staff, went there to rent snowboarding equipment as a beginner. After having paid for the board, boots and helmet I was treated like an idiot for not knowing exactly how he wanted to take my measurements by some tattooed guy, I literally needed help with it since it was my first time but the guy treated this like the biggest inconvenience and was very rude throughout the encounter. This is not even a rush hour situation, there were 4 staff in the store and myself and one other customer. Not a great confidence booster. The second guy was a little more helpful in finding me a board although as i would find out that the equipment was not set up correctly, as it was pointed out to me by another experienced border with me that my bindings to the board were loose, which is dangerous especially for a beginner as I did not recognize it at first and had to get help to tighten them.
At the end of my stay I went to go hand the equipment back in and I met another member of staff (this is on saturday during rush hour) that I was given a board with unsecured bindings, I was met with “OK”.

In conclusion,
We have rude belittling staff who supposedly are there to help you, either uninterested or negligent (take your pick) who are in charge of making sure the equipment is safe, and finally a third staff member who couldn’t care less about a bad customer experience with their rental equipment.

And after having read other reviews I can believe that there are have been staff in the past who are dilligent and helpful. But warning to customers, you can skip this shop and rent anywhere else.
