Ci hanno aiutato a trovare una vite che, dopo aver girato tutto il paese, sembrava impossibile reperire. Con pazienza e professionalità si sono messi a disposizione fino a risolvere il problema. Abbiamo passato un paio di giorni a Selva di Val Gardena alla vigilia di Natale e inizialmente pensavo di noleggiare l’attrezzatura per tre persone al negozio davanti all’hotel Oswald, dove alloggiavamo. Ci hanno però reindirizzato a questo Intersport perché avevo bisogno di noleggiare anche uno snowboard e lì fornivano solo sci. Che colpo di fortuna! Da subito, appena entrato, ho osservato come stavano servendo i clienti precedenti, fornendo consigli appropriati e utilissimi e capendo subito le loro necessità. Arrivato il nostro turno ci hanno fornito attrezzatura top, il tutto con gentilezza, expertise e simpatia. Menzione speciale alla mia tavola da snowboard Lib Tech Cold Brew, nuova di pacca appena arrivata da Washington State, equipaggiata con Burton Stepon. Ciliegina sulla torta, mi ero dimenticato la maschera da sci, quindi ho dovuto comprarne una nuova. Me le ha descritte tutte senza pressarmi troppo su quale prendere, e infine ho scelto una Anon Nesa con face mask MFI (magnetica) e perceive tech. Lui ha approvato la scelta definendola “game changer”. Aveva ragione, veramente game changer. Insomma, basato sulla mia esperienza, questo è il negozio dove andare per tutte le vostre necessità sciistiche o snowboardistiche! Grazie!

I rate this ski shop as #1. My grandson lost one of the toe clips off his snowboard bindings. Four other shops were not able to replace it. The staff here took the time to compare numerous similar parts and came up with a repair that works perfectly. They also added “loctite” to the other bolts to ensure he wouldn’t lose those parts. And he improved the adjustment of both bindings. Very professional.

Very good ski rental service. Modern, well-maintained equipment and helpful staff who assisted with fitting. Highly recommended.

I used a few ski rental shops but this one is the best in Val Gardena!

Top service and quality of the ski. They gave the model I asked, the boots I asked and they gave me a possibility to return ski next day at the opening because it was more convenient for me.
I also asked in another intersport store and it is not a problem at all to return equipment in another store if it works better for you.
Overall, reliable rental shop with a good web, great service and a big choose of the high quality skis. I would definetly return and recommend it to everyone!

Fantastic customer service. The gentleman taking care of us was so enthusiastic and you could tell that he enjoyed his job. We made an error in booking our rentals at two different stores and their response was it was not a problem. They actually had a van drive over with one of the rentals that we needed while we were still there. The equipment was ideal and the return process couldn’t have been easier.

We rent the MTB from them and tour guide for the ride. Their service is great and biking experience is amazing. The e-bike help a lot at the up hill. You must try it out..
