I strongly advise against renting skis from this shop. I rented 5 ski kits for 3 days, and the experience was a disaster from start to finish. On the first day, we had multiple issues: one ski didn't even fit the boots properly, another had loose screws, and the third had ill-fitting boots despite being told they were the only size available. When we returned to exchange the equipment, many sizes were out of stock, and the staff insisted we pay extra for replacements.
On the second day, one ski became unsafe to use when screws started to loosen and one completely fell out. We had to rent skis from another store. When we returned the broken equipment, the staff were rude, unhelpful, and treated our concerns as a joke. We were left without any refund, and our broken skis were simply abandoned in the store.
This store is irresponsible, with unsafe equipment and a complete lack of customer service. They don't care about the safety or satisfaction of their customers. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else – this shop should be avoided at all costs.

Je déconseille fortement de louer des skis dans ce magasin. J'ai loué cinq paires de skis pour trois jours, et l'expérience a été catastrophique du début à la fin. Le premier jour, nous avons rencontré de nombreux problèmes : un ski était trop petit pour les chaussures, un autre avait des vis desserrées, et le troisième avait des chaussures inadaptées malgré le fait qu'on nous ait assuré que c'était la seule pointure disponible. Lorsque nous sommes revenus pour échanger le matériel, de nombreuses pointures étaient en rupture de stock, et le personnel a insisté pour que nous payions un supplément pour les remplacements.

Le deuxième jour, un ski est devenu inutilisable : des vis ont commencé à se desserrer et l'une d'elles s'est complètement détachée. Nous avons dû louer des skis dans un autre magasin. Lorsque nous avons rendu le matériel cassé, le personnel s'est montré désagréable, incompétent et a pris nos préoccupations à la légère. Nous n'avons reçu aucun remboursement, et nos skis cassés ont tout simplement été abandonnés dans le magasin.

Ce magasin est irresponsable, propose du matériel dangereux et offre un service client déplorable. La sécurité et la satisfaction des clients ne les intéressent absolument pas. Un conseil : allez ailleurs ! Évitez ce magasin à tout prix.

Andrea è davvero super, quest’anno mi ha fatto un boot fitting per un 140race davvero strepitoso, rapido ed efficace. L’anno scorso ho comprato gli sci da gigante, quest’anno da slalom, ottimi prodotti. Poi è sempre sorridente e di buon umore, fondamentale.

Ho acquistato alcuni anni fa tutto il mio kit di sci alpinismo Blizzard e diversi articoli per mio figlio di EnergiaPura. Da ultimo ho avuto un problema con uno scarpone da sistemare rapidamente e in città non avevo possibilità di recuperare i pezzi. Rivolgendomi ad Andrea ho ricevuto massimo supporto e una spedizione rapidissima per risolvere al meglio il mio problema. Mi sento quindi di consigliare questo negozio di sport sia per l’assortimento di articoli che offre che per i prezzi dei materiali oltre che l’assistenza che forniscono ai clienti. Bravi!

Ordered two pairs of racing skis with edge work as well as base structure. The skis arrived in time (hence the one star) but both skis had rust on all base edges and the base structure was there but both pairs (initial inspection showed only one paid but on closer inspection showed both had issues) had scratch marks on them despite them being prepared. The shop initially responded with an apology and issued a EUR50,- voucher (!).
Once I asked for money back for the work ordered but clearly not done they went quiet and stopped responding.
If you are serious about your skiing and don't want to load yourself with unnecessary hassle - you can luckily find better dealerships elsewhere in Europe.

Am Samstag Vormittag kanns auch mal chaotisch sein. Aber ich hab den Eindruck es wir immer die beste Lösung für den Kunden gesucht. Hatte beim Skischuh den Innenschuh gerissen -> wurde auch nach 2 Winter in Garantie getauscht 🔝

Ho acquistato sci Blizzard Firebird e scarponi Tecnica allo SkiCenter seguita dal super preparato Andrea. Mi ha accompagnato nell’acquisto e nella scelta dell’equipaggiamento giusto per me.
Andrea ha adattato lo scarpone destro in base alle mie esigenze.

Toller Laden. Wir waren auf der Durchreise zum Gardasee. Unterwegs ist uns die Fahrradkette gerissen. Zum Glück haben wir unterwegs diesen Fahrradladen gefunden. Die Jungs haben trotz Mittagspause schnell die Kette und das Kettenblatt ausgewechselt. Und nett waren sie obendrauf. Hammer Service!

Esperienza BOOTFITTING SUPER …
Basta veder lavorare 5 minuti Andrea sullo scarpone per capire che qualsiasi sia il problema sarà ormai solo un ricordo, anche con piedi “difficili “ è riuscito perfettamente ad adattare lo scafo per ottenere comodità su uno scarpone gara quindi molto stretto e preciso.
Comfort e performance è possibile con un Bootfitting a regola d’arte !!!

Ho acquistato un paio di scarponi da skialp a cui ho fatto eseguire boot fitting e palntare dedicato. L'esperienza è stata così positiva che ho consigliato il servizio anche ad una mia conoscente, con un piede particolarmente problematico. Andrea ha subito individuato il modello di scarpone più adatto e gli interventi di personalizzazione da fare.
Risultato: dopo un'intera giornata di sci nessun dolore e anche la qualitá della sciata ne ha giovato.
