Fantastic bike repair shop - the owner is very friendly and approachable, with excellent English. We were seen to immediately to help with repairing a broken rear derailleur that needed replacement. The issue was rectified within a couple of hours which saved our bike tour! Grazie mille!

An meinem KTM Ebike war der Freilauf der Deore 6000 Hinterradnabe defekt. Kein Vortrieb. Ich war zuvor bei 3 Servicestationen. Entweder konnten Sie garnicht helfen oder wollten mir ein komplettes neues Hinterrad verkaufen.
Dieser Mechaniker hat direkt gesagt, dass er es reparieren kann und hat mir sein Fahrrad zur Verfügung gestellt, damit ich ins Hotel zurück komme. Abends um 17:30 Uhr abgegeben und morgens um 11:00 Uhr war es fertig. Topp und nochmals DANKE

Sulla salita verso Nago-Torbole mi si è rotto il cambio e ho avuto la fortuna di trovare (o meglio lui ha trovato noi) il ragazzo che in un'ora e mezza mi ha riparato il cambio. Nel mentre mi ha dato anche diversi consigli utili. Mi ha salvato il giorno di ritorno a casa. 100% da consigliare!

Wir waren zum 11. Halloween Cup - einer Segelregatta für die Optimisten-Bootsklasse - in Torbole. Gleich am ersten Tag hatten wir einen Platten am Slipwagen des Bootes (hat Luftreifen). Ich versuchte mein Glück beim Bicycle Service und war positiv überrascht, dass sogar ein Schlauch mit dieser ungewöhnlichen Größe vorrätig war. Das Rad wurde noch am Samstag Abend kurz vor Ladenschluss repariert. Leider kam die SMS bei mir nicht an. Der Inhaber des Shops machte sich dann sogar am Sonntag am Segelverein auf die Suche nach uns. Super Service! Ich kann den Laden jedem weiterempfehlen. Nochmals vielen Dank!
